A couple of typos but overall I appreciate the quick turnaround and the quality of the translation. It would be useful to get discounts when placing several orders during a short period.

Translation was fine indeed, but two mistakes on critical numbers marred the result. I have requested a revision - please make sure it get taken care of. Otherwise, timing and service was fine. I missed a sense of feedback to know whether the translation was underway, but otherwise ok. Thank you!

My overall experience with Rush Translate was positive. I submitted an urgent request, that I paid extra for to get birth certificate documents translated for a citizenship application. Initially the submission back to me was not acceptable (a significant amount of the content was missing and the formatting was confusing). I sent an email to Rush Translate and they responded ASAP and advised they had someone working on the revisions. Within a day I got the new submission and it was perfect. Overall a great service, but reco to try and process requests with a few days to spare if possible.

There were several mistakes made, but they were corrected very promptly. Apart from that, nicely done.

I needed to get my birth certificate translated ASAP, so after reading great reviews I tried it out. I paid for half time translation and fast delivery. I started the process on Monday morning and the physical document was at my doorstep by Wednesday mid day!! That’s awesome! I paid for 12 hour turnaround but I didn’t receive that, I had to follow up myself and ask, I wish someone from the team had followed up with me and told me that there was a delay. But once the team member responded they we very responsive! Thank you.

This was my second order from you guys, and I'm very happy. I just wish the translator would not change my grandma's name from Josefa to Jozefa. I mean this is official documentation that I need for USCIS, but hopefully they won't mind or notice, but it's still a little upsetting. Other than that it's a pretty good translation.

Very good translation and very responsive to messages. The only complaint I have is there was a bit of spelling mistakes and they forgot to the notary but you guys took care of it in no time which I really appreciated.

The  transaction was handles efficiently and the cost was relatively low.  There were a few corrections and a couple could have been avoided through carefull proff reading but overall, the quality of the translations was good.  I expect to use the service again when the occassion arises.  Thank you.

Reliable & user-friendly service. The translator responded promptly when I asked for revisions, one of which was my fault and another due to a small mistake on his part. I'd recommend this service when you need a certified 24h delivery, but maybe not for any kind of translation as I find it a bit expensive otherwise.

This is my second time using RushTranslate and I did not receive any notification that the preview was available. The first time around I got one and I was able to review it right away, but this time the e-mail did not arrive and I was only able to review and approve the translation tracking the order confirmation e-mail. If I had gotten the notification I could've approved it sooner. I checked my spam folder also and there was nothing there... Is this normal? To not receive a notification on your e-mail to review the translation? Thanks!

The service is fast and reliable but the quality of translation mediocre. In one of the documents, the numbers were not transcribed correctly. Fortunately, there was no problem with a revision. 

The service was very good, However I provided two documents and my father's name was spelled differently on one of them. I sent revision request and it was corrected quickly. overall I am very please with the service and I will definitely use it again.

Overall the communication service is excellent, very efficient and open to feedback. Nevertheless, concerning the quality of the translation, I recommend to be cautious and proof-read the translated documents because you find mistakes, especially those related to technical language.
