Great service. I am very pleased with the results. 

That is the 3rd time I am using the services of Rush Translate and I am perfectly happy with it. Translation is completed in very little time and all revisions are also handled timely. They are also flexible to answer all specific needs within short delay and at reasonable cost. The website interface is also pretty clear and easy to navigate. I definitely recommend Rush Translate and will use their services again when needed in the future.

This is my second time using RushTranslate and I did not receive any notification that the preview was available. The first time around I got one and I was able to review it right away, but this time the e-mail did not arrive and I was only able to review and approve the translation tracking the order confirmation e-mail. If I had gotten the notification I could've approved it sooner. I checked my spam folder also and there was nothing there... Is this normal? To not receive a notification on your e-mail to review the translation? Thanks!

I was very impressed by the speed of the translation and the great communication on the part of the staff. There was one issue with the year (likely because Japanese years are not counted the way they are in the U.S.) They were polite and prompt in fixing the issue. Thank you so much!

The service is fast and reliable but the quality of translation mediocre. In one of the documents, the numbers were not transcribed correctly. Fortunately, there was no problem with a revision. 

The service was very good, However I provided two documents and my father's name was spelled differently on one of them. I sent revision request and it was corrected quickly. overall I am very please with the service and I will definitely use it again.

Overall the communication service is excellent, very efficient and open to feedback. Nevertheless, concerning the quality of the translation, I recommend to be cautious and proof-read the translated documents because you find mistakes, especially those related to technical language.

Great service! Unfortunately the translation was 3 pages and I got charged through the Polish consulate 3 times the amount I would if the translation was on one page. Maybe try to do the translations on one page? Just a thought.

Yes, I am very happy with service and I am not an easy person to please. What I like is that so far all of the quotes were the lowest compared to other and although I did send the translation for a revisioon on a mjnor issues, the translator was very responsive and incorreporated changes right away. I did start recomending this services to other people.

The speed was amazing and within 24 hours as promised. The quality, however, was not exactly what I had hoped for. The initial translation was good, about at the 90% accurate level, but not great. A total of 11 revisions were required, and the end product is thankfully now good and close to 100% I would say. I will consider using your service again, but there is one thing that is fundamentally bothering me. On your website it says that guaranteed no machine translation will be utilized. However, based on the initial draft, I know for sure that machine translation was used, at least as a starting point. That gives me pause as to the quality of your service, especially for legal documents where one word, poorly translated, can make the difference between success or failure in court.

Ordering through the website was easy. Having the option to have the translation notarized  (in addition to certification) and to receive the signed original of the certification is great. The revision process worked well.  The translation was very good, but did require a revision. If you are in a position to verify or spot-check the translation it is a good idea to do so, especially for proper names, names of places, etc. 

Second time using service, result was fast and after correction of one error (word added randomly by accident) the translation was excellent.

Translation quality was not very good, I had to review the whole doc very carefully.

Review was good and quick, but they didn't convert the reals to dollars.

Very easy to use, although they needed a reminder. I needed a translation of a very simple award certificate. Was told it would take 24hrs, I reached out after 30hrs to inquire when it would be delivered. I received a response immediately, and the actual translation about an hr later. There needs to a rating for timeliness, but overall ok.

Some mistakes in the translation that I pointed out but I expected not to be me to choose appropriate words. So translation could be more accurate. However the Translator was quite quick in fixing those mistakes. Thank you

The service provided was wonderful. The website is easy and the communication with the support team and the translator was very fast and fluid. I rated the quality with 3 stars only because on one the documents there were a lot of mistakes and I had to keep sending reviews to correct them, but I have to say that the translator was very fast answering every one of my reviews.
