Great service! Unfortunately the translation was 3 pages and I got charged through the Polish consulate 3 times the amount I would if the translation was on one page. Maybe try to do the translations on one page? Just a thought. 

My fiancée is from Brazil and we’re apllying for her and her kids i129f. Their documents were sent to me in Portuguese and need them in English.  I was amazing on how fast this process was. Yes, I am very happy with service and I am not an easy person to please. What I like is that so far all of the quotes were the lowest compared to other and although I did send the translation for a revisioon on a mjnor issues, the translator was very responsive and incorreporated changes right away. I did start recomending this services to other people.

The speed was amazing and within 24 hours as promised. The quality, however, was not exactly what I had hoped for. The initial translation was good, about at the 90% accurate level, but not great. A total of 11 revisions were required, and the end product is thankfully now good and close to 100% I would say. I will consider using your service again, but there is one thing that is fundamentally bothering me. On your website it says that guaranteed no machine translation will be utilized. However, based on the initial draft, I know for sure that machine translation was used, at least as a starting point. That gives me pause as to the quality of your service, especially for legal documents where one word, poorly translated, can make the difference between success or failure in court.

Ordering through the website was easy. Having the option to have the translation notarized  (in addition to certification) and to receive the signed original of the certification is great. The revision process worked well.  The translation was very good, but did require a revision. If you are in a position to verify or spot-check the translation it is a good idea to do so, especially for proper names, names of places, etc. 

Second time using service, result was fast and after correction of one error (word added randomly by accident) the translation was excellent.

Review was good and quick, but they didn't convert the reals to dollars.

Very easy to use, although they needed a reminder. I needed a translation of a very simple award certificate. Was told it would take 24hrs, I reached out after 30hrs to inquire when it would be delivered. I received a response immediately, and the actual translation about an hr later. There needs to a rating for timeliness, but overall ok.

Some mistakes in the translation that I pointed out but I expected not to be me to choose appropriate words. So translation could be more accurate. However the Translator was quite quick in fixing those mistakes. Thank you

The service provided was wonderful. The website is easy and the communication with the support team and the translator was very fast and fluid. I rated the quality with 3 stars only because on one the documents there were a lot of mistakes and I had to keep sending reviews to correct them, but I have to say that the translator was very fast answering every one of my reviews.

Suitable despite a few odd literal translation and formatting choices.

The overall quality of the translations was good, but I caught 3 errors (mostly typos) in the 2 pages I sent this time. There's still some work to be done in quality control.

The "sex" on the birth certificate was translated incorrectly.

I thought the translation was very accurate and very clear, google translate honestly does not work, you need a real person to be able to turn it into the English language so its coherent, and that's what was done with Rushtranslate, thanks a lot.

Great work

Translation was spot on and verified through multiple native Ukrainians on my end. The only problem I had is tracking revision requests when multiple requests are submitted. I recommend translators absorb the requests before working on them. My experience: My second revision somehow negated the explicit directions given in the first request, which should not have been the case. I corrected a name in revision request one and clarified a stamp's word content in the second revision. The second revision omitted my first revision request, so had to make a 3rd request to include request one.

Very fast service. I went for the 12h service and my one page document was finished in about 2 hours. The translation is decent, just one typo but not a big deal.

Great service, easy to use website, and quick turnaround.  Three revisions were needed on important matters, like dates and spellings of names. Revisions were made accurately and extremely quick.  Overall, very pleased with service and will use again.

Responsiveness was pretty good. I was happy that their representatives were always responding within 10-30 minutes and this is why I give this 5 stars. Regarding the quality, I rate this with 3 stars because I had to specifically explain to the translator what a few things mean that are easily searchable online that were incorrectly translated in my documents. The turn around for the revision was an additional 12 hours which delayed my process by a day and I was not happy about that. Also, they did not provide the revised document within the 12 hour window as promised. They only provided the revised document upon my request (I sent another follow up email) the next day. Finally, I noticed a couple typos in the revised document that I had not spotted originally, but to be honest I did not bother sending it back because I feared they would take another day to provide the revised document. Leaving that to the side, the overall experience was not very painful. I think this is an average to good translation site and if you know exactly what you want and you are willing to spend sometime to review the translation they are giving you, then you should use it because it is WAY cheaper than other websites, the representatives are responsive and the job they did after minor changes was adequate. I would, cautiously, recommend them.

The translation was done very quickly. It was good that I had a chance to review the translation, there were some inconsistencies that caught me by surprise.

Very easy way to submit documentation. Very fast translation. I'm not very happy with the translation of the brochure. If I give the text to non Russian speaker he wouldn't never be able to understand what part of the brochure was translated where. I would prefer to see the translation with the same placement of the text as in the original. Otherwise I have to explain to the person reading the translation what is it about.

The service and turnaround time are excellent. Unfortunately the dialect used in the translation was not Croatian, but Serbian. It requires extensive grammatical revision. I understand Serbian translators need to make money too, but this is not the way to do it.
