The quality of service RushTranslate provides on its website is superb.  Their website is super easy to use.  They respond to all communications.  They even contact their customer in cases of incomplete uploads and ask how they could help.  As for the quality of translation, as a native speaker of Turkish, I must say translation from Turkish to English and vice versa is superb.  I am sure this is so for other languages, as well.  Finally, they deliver on the scheduled time.  One happy customer here.

RushTranslate did a great job:  it was super easy to use their website and upload the documents, they kept me updated every step of the way to the final translation and sent the paperwork by mail - the whole process took 3-5 days. I liked the feature where I could review the translation and approve it before they finalized it. The quality of translation was excellent, with no errors. Easy to find what I needed to do and the translation was done very quickly. After confirming with me that the document was accurate they then notarized it. Full process took about 2 days, including waiting for my response. Document was accepted by my now employer, which is the real quality test.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, 24 hour turnaround and customer service that responded to my inquiries same day. My original document was handwritten and some of the text was not very legible so the translation had a few errors but they corrected them same day when I asked for revisions. I was in a hurry to get the birth certificate translated from Hindi to English due to an appointment deadline, and so, I was suggested to go for expedited service by Kathy from RushTranslate that would cut the time by half to 12 hours, which I bought with the order. They were able to deliver the first version of it within 5 hours which was simply awesome, as I could quickly review and provide feedback after which I received the revised and final doc in the next 2 hours. I needed a quick turnaround for my document, and rush translate provide fast and quality service. I highly recommend this company.

We have used your certified translations in the past and we have been happy with your services, I always have my wife check it over for quality, but this time we won't be using this translation for any of our needs as it has not met the standards we have expected from this service. It seems unprofessionally translated, not conveying the original message of the document. My wife says it even looks like it was just inputted into Google translate and doesn't have proper wording. Completely disregarding the original document's meaning. Whether this is the quality you get when you don't get the certified translation or the translator is new, we will not be getting this same service again and will not be asking for more revisions as this is completely unacceptable quality. I am unsure if we will use this service again as we may be able to get better translation for a lower price.

Website is easy to use and communication is great. I got responses to my inquires almost immediately. I've used this service before and I was pleased; this time, however, my documents needed a lot of editing when I review them the first time, and even though the translator did include the changes I suggested, it took me a lot of time to revise them. One of the translations had an ambiguos sentence and a missing number in on of my IDs. That's why I rate the quality of the translation with 3 starts.

The service is nice and promt. But the translation... Translation (Ph.D. diploma, from Russian to English) was of poor quality. Who would translate the dissertation commetitte as "Council for the Presentation of Dissertations"?! And other mistakes that it looks like they used Google translate. Had to use the service because I needed a certificated translation. I would recommend it only if you don't have any other options or you're in a rush. Double-check the translation before proceeding further! Or use another service.
