Suitable despite a few odd literal translation and formatting choices.

The overall quality of the translations was good, but I caught 3 errors (mostly typos) in the 2 pages I sent this time. There's still some work to be done in quality control.

Very fast service. Reliable and easy to communicate with. I needed a further 24 hours to review my order and they were very accommodating. They also took on board recommendations I made about the translation. I would definitely use them again. 

The "sex" on the birth certificate was translated incorrectly.

I thought the translation was very accurate and very clear, google translate honestly does not work, you need a real person to be able to turn it into the English language so its coherent, and that's what was done with Rushtranslate, thanks a lot.

Great work

Translation was spot on and verified through multiple native Ukrainians on my end. The only problem I had is tracking revision requests when multiple requests are submitted. I recommend translators absorb the requests before working on them. My experience: My second revision somehow negated the explicit directions given in the first request, which should not have been the case. I corrected a name in revision request one and clarified a stamp's word content in the second revision. The second revision omitted my first revision request, so had to make a 3rd request to include request one.

Very fast service. I went for the 12h service and my one page document was finished in about 2 hours. The translation is decent, just one typo but not a big deal.

Responsiveness was pretty good. I was happy that their representatives were always responding within 10-30 minutes and this is why I give this 5 stars. Regarding the quality, I rate this with 3 stars because I had to specifically explain to the translator what a few things mean that are easily searchable online that were incorrectly translated in my documents. The turn around for the revision was an additional 12 hours which delayed my process by a day and I was not happy about that. Also, they did not provide the revised document within the 12 hour window as promised. They only provided the revised document upon my request (I sent another follow up email) the next day. Finally, I noticed a couple typos in the revised document that I had not spotted originally, but to be honest I did not bother sending it back because I feared they would take another day to provide the revised document. Leaving that to the side, the overall experience was not very painful. I think this is an average to good translation site and if you know exactly what you want and you are willing to spend sometime to review the translation they are giving you, then you should use it because it is WAY cheaper than other websites, the representatives are responsive and the job they did after minor changes was adequate. I would, cautiously, recommend them.

Great service, easy to use website, and quick turnaround.  Three revisions were needed on important matters, like dates and spellings of names. Revisions were made accurately and extremely quick.  Overall, very pleased with service and will use again.

The translation was done very quickly. It was good that I had a chance to review the translation, there were some inconsistencies that caught me by surprise.

Very easy way to submit documentation. Very fast translation. I'm not very happy with the translation of the brochure. If I give the text to non Russian speaker he wouldn't never be able to understand what part of the brochure was translated where. I would prefer to see the translation with the same placement of the text as in the original. Otherwise I have to explain to the person reading the translation what is it about.

Every time I needed some translation from Portuguese to English this site and the whole team helped me a lot, very quickly and understood everything I needed. The service and turnaround time are excellent. Unfortunately the dialect used in the translation was not Croatian, but Serbian. It requires extensive grammatical revision. I understand Serbian translators need to make money too, but this is not the way to do it.

The service was super fast and the web pages easy to navigate but I have to admit the translation could have been more precise. I, myself, fortunately have some knowledge of the language pair so I was able to spot the inconsistencies. Based on my experience, I am not sure if I would contract RushTranslate for translation of more complicated documents. Anyways, I asked for a revision and it was done promptly so I am happy with the final outcome. 

The service is awesome and fast and you had a option to be certified and stamped very easy to upload documents and the amount of languages that you can select to have your documents translated overall very satisfied easy and convenient.

Definitely very quick turn-around! There were some mistakes in the translation but those were revised as soon as I submitted a revision. Happy with the service!

Very nice service, however, I needed to submit three revisions due to inaccuracies in the translated document. Each revision delayed the process.

Great service. Just took out one star because I had to request a revision resulting in a one day delay in obtaining the translation. The quality of translation was really good except the unwanted mistake which caused the revision.

I have used this service for the first time. The website was very easy to use and the information provided was clear. There were some smaller mistakes in the first translation but the issue was quickly resolved and the tranlation was compleated within two days.

Very fast and efficient, I’m pretty impressed. However the first four pages are relatively vague then the rest.

The translation was adequate, but  too wooden, even for a technical medical report. The translation did not flow in fluid English. I am living in Brazil, have for 32 years, and did not want to take the time to translate technical medical terms. But I was not happy with the final product, Acceptable and adequate, but not a 10, maybe an 8,5

We had a birth certificate translated twice. The year was incorrect the first time it was translated which is very important on this type of document. When re-submitted, the turn-around time was a few hours.

Great customer support.  Fat and accurate. Some bits of the translation could have been better with more cultural adaption less literal. I recommend!

Very quick service. There's a chance to review the translated document before the notary public notarizes it (additional service). The only thing I didn't like is how the website can't let you go back to revise your personal info once you've started an order. 

Good translation.

The quality is ok.  The translation was obviously not done by a native English speaker.  It had a " google translate" feel to it.  Some of the vocabulary was incorrect.  That being said, it got the job done and the price and speed were spot on.  In fact,  the speed was awesome.  I had three companies look at this and none of them could do it in less that 72 hours.  

I am very satisfied overall. The website is extremely easy to use. Regarding quality, while the first translation I received included 1 typo and 2 ommisions, after requesting a revision I received a corrected version in a few couple of hours. Thanks!!!

Great responsiveness and excellent timeliness. However, I did have to battle the translator for a fairly easy mistake that they refused to correct on the basis that it was not in the original document. After insisting (and providing zoomed-in screenshots) three times that it was THEIR mistake not mine, the translator finally made the simple change.
