The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.

Very impressed with the quality and speed of the translation.  Turnaround time was less than 12 hours for three (detailed) government certificates, including notarizations.  I highly recommend RushTranslate and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The first time I used Rush Translate they were great. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the second job. There were several careless mistakes in the translation. And I got the impression that maybe the translator is not a native-level speaker in either of the languages because of a couple vocabulary/grammar mistakes. They are small mistakes and the document can still be understood, but it is frustrating to have spent $75 on a translation only to have to spend my own time going through it and pointing out all the errors for them to fix. Not to mention the delay caused by the revisions—I needed it quickly but it has ended up being definitely way over 24 hours...I’m still waiting for the revisions to be finished, actually.  I could have done the translation part of it better myself but it is for USCIS and had to be certified. Disappointed overall. Customer support has been very responsive, though, so that was good.

The service is prompt, both for the initial translation and subsequent revisions. That aspect is obviously helpful when you require an official translation within a short time frame. However, I have been surprised by varying degrees of quality over two different occasions using the service. The amount of editing I have had to do and pass along for revisions--ranging from basic grammar, appropriate vocabulary, and attention to details in dates--has been frustrating at times. My worry would be that if a client didn't have a grasp of the target language in translation, they would potentially end up with poorly translated or unprofessional documents without knowing it.

Very straight-forward site, easy, and fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with the quality of the translation itself. There were errors on addresses and an entire line was missing from a multiple page document. I don't speak the language that the document was translated into so I really don't know if more was missing. For example: an American zip-code which didn't need any translation had dashes breaking up the numbers. It was a little bizarre.

Their support is excellent, fast and very helpful, you can even request changes in the documents if something is not exact (like spelling of names for example). I want to take the time to acknowledge the level of excellence of RushTranslate's service and quality. This was my first time having to get a birth certificate translated for moving abroad (which can be very stressful ) and RushTranslate made this a quick, seamless process. Even though it was a very old document from Thailand, it was still translated accurately.
