Using the website was very easy and quick. Documents were uploaded without a problem. The lead-time given on the site was accurate. Quality of the documents looked well done and complete but only time will tell of accuracy of translation if I hear back from source. Overall very pleased with the service and quality. Would use again for sure.

I paid for the expedited service and it came through within twelve hours despite the documents being seven pages in total, much longer than the typical request. The translation was not elegant, and the English not perfectly grammatical, but it conveyed the sense of the documents accurately and completely. Considering the rushed circumstances, I think the quality of translation was entirely reasonable.

The translations for both documents were completed in a timely manner as promised with only a couple of minor mistakes which were corrected promptly when we requested a revision. 

I have two certificates of my wife and myself translated. The translator was careless - swapped names, mixed first/last names... Not very happy with the translation quality.

It was urgent to have the document translated within 24 hours and we get it from rush translate and have been able to meet the deadline.

Service was adequate. However, I am somewhat disappointed that it took virtually the full 24 hours to complete the translation.

I requested a translation from Italian to English (more specifically, a Master's Degre certificate from a conservatory). There were just a few mistakes, mostly music-related terms, that were corrected in the first review with my remarks. I paid for expedited shipping, and it arrived before the expected. Misspellings of names even though I made specific comments about each name tenses in document kept changing and made everything confusing very fast turn around rate 5/5

Very responsive completion of a challenging request to translate handwritten parts of documents.  My RushTranslate contacts were easy to communicate with and provided useful feedback that added to the quality of my translation request.  When one document proved too difficult to complete, the translator informed me and the company readily refunded the charge for that page.  I would definitely use them again if I have further needs.  Their price was very competitive with another company estimate I pursued.

It was conveniently fast, but had to ask for a revision due to some typos and to clarify some "illegible" parts of the documents.

Great service but they made few mistakes on the translation and it took few revisions before the document was good to go. They were super fast to correct them. 

I appreciate the promptness of your quote and translation work. Also the cost was very reasonable, particularly because I am English/Spanish bilingual and find it irksome to have to have someone else do a translation when I could have done it myself.. However, I was disappointed to find errors in the translation of simple words. Response to edit requests was also prompt.

The Japanese was not grammatically correct in multiple places. The content was understandable, but would certainly not read like a native-written document. Fortunately, it suffices for my use, but I would have preferred a more polished document.

The translation was Great. Thank you so much for your good work. I do wish I would have received notice via email when the work was complete. I was waiting on an email all morning and realized the work was complete the day before only after coming back to check status on the website.

Service was as fast as advertised.  There were minor mistakes in the spelling of the Document and when I originally submitted the document to be Translated; I also gave them spelling of how the names are to be spelled.  But that was ignored at the first attempt but when asked to be fixed, it was done promptly.   Overall satisfied with the service provided.

The process were very simple. They were really fast. Mine was one page and I request the service a Saturday in the morning and in the night I already had my document translated.

The initial translation was correct but  sloppy in form (capitalization, wording), yet corrected expeditiously upon my request.

Excellent Translation I think. 5 Stars! This translator understands slang and the nuances of a conversation. I hope to be assigned to this one again. 

Will definitely use it again if I need it.  Greek to English was perfect with the exception of a couple of typos on the dates.  My marriage certificate from Greece was hand written (Greek government for you) which had me worried about the translation; it was perfect.  For the typos, I send it back with the revisions and it was sent to me the next day.  Great Job

The translation itself (words & sentences) was okay but it was riddled with mistakes such as names that were flipped around, misspelled names (not matching original), words that were supposed to be capitalized, email address showing twice instead of showing email address and web address, and others. Thankfully the platform for communication was excellent, and the turnaround for corrections was very fast. Wound up needing 3 revisions.

True professional service. I was really impressed. costs are affordable, translation is almost perfect and processing time is the fastest I have seen since I started translating my documents a couple of decades ago.

Service is top notch, translation on the other hand is a bit below expected. I can understand names can have different spelling between English and Arabic so the letter Dhad  can be translated into standard D, which is understandable. But (W. 130th street) to be translated into (W Both Street) is not acceptable. Just because the 1 was too close to the 30 followed by th., does not make it (DoubleU Both street).

Good service, fast and good quality of the translation.

Overall translation was good only they missed few mistakes in my last name and change in dates. The drawback is they've only on revision. What if they miss some revisions on the first one!
