Great service, quick and easy and included a certificate in both languages. Not the cheapest service I found but very well priced compared to the most expensive options. The translation was done in less than 48hrs and the revision done in less than half a day. I requested a revision because the page layout was not properly done in the 1st place. A bit disappointing, however requesting the revision was very easily done. The website allowed me to upload a document with my notes, saved me a lot of time... I was not looking forward to describing what was wrong in the document and needed revision. Would recommend. Thanks

I have been using this company for the last three years. There are some documents that I have to submit every year, and one document has to be translated every time I submit those documents. The services are pretty quick (about 24h turnaround) and the prices are acceptable. The translation is pretty accurate, and had no issues with it...except this year. It was a little mishap but was corrected right away. With less than 24h the corrections were made and a new translation was provided with no additional charges. Thank you for your fast service and for conforming to my request. I will definitely continue to utilize your services.

Great customer service and follow through, everything was fast and efficient from the initial quote to the final receipt of my translated document. Website is very user friendly. Translation was pretty good but I docked 1 star because there were a couple cardinal direction words that were not translated and I also didn't really like the structure/template that was used. It didn't quite match the structure of the original document and wasn't as easy to read but still a pretty good value for what I paid.

Very quick turnaround - That was a big plus for me. The first revision of the translation needed a small adjustment to be made. That was handled quickly and efficiently by the translator. Other than that, the final translation was fine. Be advised that if you order a paper copy of the translation, you will receive it printed on a very cheap type of paper. You might need to laminate it, if you want to keep it in a pristine condition for use in the future. I am not sure why the company does not provide a better/thicker paper for the notarized translated document. All in all, I had a positive experience with RushTranslate and I might use them in the future if I need something translated and notarized.

In terms or customer service, responsiveness, and completing the work in a very timely manner, I was extremely satisfied with RushTranslate. They were also quite generous in their quote and thorough when I requested revisions to the translated documents for "illegible" names or addresses. I believe the translations to be first rate, but, unfortunately, I did not get to utilize them for their intended purposes of Italian Dual Citizenship because of a technicality in my application, so I cannot fully attest as to whether the documents will be accepted by a monstrous, bureaucratic organization. This is not a comment on RushTranslate in any way, simply a statement of my uncertainty.

The service and quality are excellent, but not perfect.  To make it better, please make it easier for your customers to know when you disagree with the word count.  Rather than hiding the message inside of a communications saying your order has been accepted and after your having charged the initial amount of the credit card, make it clear that the order is not being processed and will not be processed until the correct fee is paid.  It might well be considered unethical to charges someone for a partial service and do nothing until more is paid.

There were some tiny mistakes in the translation of names but the changing was very fast, I am very happy with your service, thank you a lot!

The turn-around time is as promised. The interface is intuitive and is very straightforward to use. I like it. The translation quality is good, but the translator was a bit careless at first and added something that I had no idea where it was translated from. After a request of revision, it was rather quickly corrected. I think the translator can also do better in typesetting the translated document to make it look nicer, especially when the document is a certificate of graduation. A higher typesetting quality can also make your translation look more professional and more trustworthy.

Great, it was beyond my expectations.

I asked for a transcript and diploma translation. They did in 48 hours, then I had to check the document, it was quite good, with some light corrections. So I had my final document in around 5 days which was good for me having in my mind that other companies take more time and are more expensive. If I have to translate something again I would use Rush Translate.

The service is excellent but they should improve the quality of the translation. In some documents there were not only typos but also some poorly translated sentences. Though, they corrected them very fast following my revision request. The final result was perfect.
