The service and quality are excellent, but not perfect.  To make it better, please make it easier for your customers to know when you disagree with the word count.  Rather than hiding the message inside of a communications saying your order has been accepted and after your having charged the initial amount of the credit card, make it clear that the order is not being processed and will not be processed until the correct fee is paid.  It might well be considered unethical to charges someone for a partial service and do nothing until more is paid.  

Almost instantaneous response time. My translation was available for review the day after I placed my order.

There were some tiny mistakes in the translation of names but the changing was very fast, I am very happy with your service, thank you a lot!

The turn-around time is as promised. The interface is intuitive and is very straightforward to use. I like it. The translation quality is good, but the translator was a bit careless at first and added something that I had no idea where it was translated from. After a request of revision, it was rather quickly corrected. I think the translator can also do better in typesetting the translated document to make it look nicer, especially when the document is a certificate of graduation. A higher typesetting quality can also make your translation look more professional and more trustworthy.

Great, it was beyond my expectations.

I asked for a transcript and diploma translation. They did in 48 hours, then I had to check the document, it was quite good, with some light corrections. So I had my final document in around 5 days which was good for me having in my mind that other companies take more time and are more expensive. If I have to translate something again I would use Rush Translate.

Fast turnaround. 

The service is excellent but they should improve the quality of the translation. In some documents there were not only typos but also some poorly translated sentences. Though, they corrected them very fast following my revision request. The final result was perfect.

I was really impressed that I got the first translation in about 5 hours. But unfortunately, there was an obvious mistake in it, the name of  city and district were misplaced. The final revised translation came in after 11 hours, a bit later than I expected because it was sample modification with my specific comments, but I still got everything in 24 hours. Generally, I am happy with the result and service.

It was a good translation Job, it came in in a timely manner and as I requested it  it was notarized. It saved me a lot of time, since I only had to email it and wait for it to come in on the mail. Good Service I will definitely recommend it. 

I would say it was a good experience.  The document came in after the 12 hours, which was the expedited target.  Compared to other services I shopped, the price was very reasonable.  It was more like 21 hours turnaround.  The accuracy seems to be there regarding the translation.  Overall I'm grateful for the service.  A token gesture regarding the turnaround time would be nice.  When it comes time, I will definitely use this service again and tell the consulate about it.

Both translations I requested were good, overall. However, both of them had minor mistakes. Nevertheless, the service was great and they were very quick to respond and correct the mistakes.

The website is really easy to use. I had 19 pages to translate which is a lot. They were able to get met the initial translation within the estimated 3 days. It wasn't perfect and missed a few pages, but they were able to do the revisions within a day. My order was probably not the easiest since it involved informal chat messages with a lot of slang and abbreviations. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the order.

Translation reads nicely, fast.

The translation service was prompt and easy even though the document was judicial and very difficult to translate.  I am fluent in English and Spanish however the legal Spanish was to greeksh.  So you amazed me at the speedy delivery. Thanks again. One point I think would help even more in your word for word translation to clarify you might put additional words in blocks to convey the meaning.  For example: instead of “omit” present tense in the English translation the word “[they] omit “ or “ [you] omit “ would give the true meaning.

I requested a Driver's License to be translated to English and serviced was performed in around 24 hours. The name spelling was wrong so I requested it to be fixed online, which was promptly fixed and available to download within an hour. Good service!

Service was fast and straight forward. The online portal allowed me to ask for the translation I need and ask for a quote. That being said, the translator missed some details regarding my vaccination information by not writing MMR that stands for mumps, measles, and rubella.

I had Chinese legal documents that needed to be translated for the US Federal Governament.  Rush translate was very helpful with speedy service.  They answered all my questions promptly, and clarified pricing informaiton on unique documents.  I've used other translation services that were not as customer friendly.  Not only did Rush Translate very responsive, but the also turned around my documents very quickly.  All the doucments came with a certification of accuracy that is accepted by the US Government.  My documents are still with the Federal Government so I can't comment yet on quality, but the documents passed the first round of government review without any problems. Service was quick. There were few spots that needed revision since I can read Malay. However, if you can’t, it will be a little tough to get it completely correct. The revision came back immediately, I like the service. Will definitely use it again when needed. 

Quality was perfect! From a service perspective I was a little disappointed.  I paid for an expedited service on a critical business item only to find out that my order had not been processed because the average number of words on my documents exceeded their threshold which meant that I would need to agree to pay for additional pages before they could process my request.  Needless to say, it was a few days before I realized they had emailed me because their email when to my junk folder and we missed our deadline. If someone is paying for an expedite service, make it easy to help them - they are paying expedite for a reason.  Simply add a clause that requires the customer to consent to the whole of the job vs. the number of pages.  It was a lot of money which I was happy to pay but because of they additional approval step I simply paid a lot for a service that didn't meet my timeline needs
