RushTranslate delivered accurately, quickly, professionally and painlessly.  While it's not inexpensive, you pay for quality.  This is high quality in every respect, from an easy and very informative web site and ordering/review experience (give that UX designer a bonus!!), to super-responsiove customer service.  These folks set a very high bar.

The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.

Very impressed with the quality and speed of the translation.  Turnaround time was less than 12 hours for three (detailed) government certificates, including notarizations.  I highly recommend RushTranslate and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The first time I used Rush Translate they were great. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the second job. There were several careless mistakes in the translation. And I got the impression that maybe the translator is not a native-level speaker in either of the languages because of a couple vocabulary/grammar mistakes. They are small mistakes and the document can still be understood, but it is frustrating to have spent $75 on a translation only to have to spend my own time going through it and pointing out all the errors for them to fix. Not to mention the delay caused by the revisions—I needed it quickly but it has ended up being definitely way over 24 hours...I’m still waiting for the revisions to be finished, actually.  I could have done the translation part of it better myself but it is for USCIS and had to be certified. Disappointed overall. Customer support has been very responsive, though, so that was good.

The service is prompt, both for the initial translation and subsequent revisions. That aspect is obviously helpful when you require an official translation within a short time frame. However, I have been surprised by varying degrees of quality over two different occasions using the service. The amount of editing I have had to do and pass along for revisions--ranging from basic grammar, appropriate vocabulary, and attention to details in dates--has been frustrating at times. My worry would be that if a client didn't have a grasp of the target language in translation, they would potentially end up with poorly translated or unprofessional documents without knowing it.

Very straight-forward site, easy, and fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with the quality of the translation itself. There were errors on addresses and an entire line was missing from a multiple page document. I don't speak the language that the document was translated into so I really don't know if more was missing. For example: an American zip-code which didn't need any translation had dashes breaking up the numbers. It was a little bizarre. 

I have used Rush Translate on several occasions now. The translations are deemed accurate and the customer services parallel to none. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a high quality and accurate translation.

Amazing service, high quality translation in a very fast turnaround time. The website and interface is clear and super friendly, it's easy to upload files and there are several options to choose from. Their support is excellent, fast and very helpful, you can even request changes in the documents if something is not exact (like spelling of names for example). All in all, I highly recommend and will definitely use it again.

I want to take the time to acknowledge the level of excellence of RushTranslate's service and quality. This was my first time having to get a birth certificate translated for moving abroad (which can be very stressful ) and RushTranslate made this a quick, seamless process. Even though it was a very old document from Thailand, it was still translated accurately. There were a couple of revisions that needed to be made, but these were done quickly which I was impressed with. All concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner.  I also needed to make a last minute change to my order and they were able to make it happen. I highly recommend this company for translation services that meet USCIS standards! 

The website is confusing. It's hard to find your way out. Despite having spent most of my time online trying to discover where to upload my files, your service was top-notch. I wasn't expecting you to send me back my file for review, and I'm glad that you did. Quality 5/5, service 3/5.

I have been using service quite a bit.  This was the first time I had issues and had to return the doc back many times and felt the work was sloppy. Changes were done quick but would have appreciated diligent review by the translator and not me pointing out quality issues.

I never received notification that the translation was completed so I do not know for certain how fast it was. I would of liked to receive an email as soon as the translation was completed. The site was recommended from my attorney so I am certain the quality is great. 

The service was prompt and the delivery smooth. The quality of the translations was just satisfactory. It is sufficient for my present needs. The translation was not done by a mother tongue translator which was obvious. I was hoping for a higher quality of standard.

Great translation done on time at a high quality. After submitting the translation to the government, our visa was issued the next day.
