I am satisfied with the translation. However, it is inevitable to feel that you took advantage of me. Two of my friends did the exact translation of the same documents as me! I was the only one who was charged $50 additional than the regular price, I'm disappointed.

Thank you for posting a review. The page count in the translated document mirrors that of the source material. The number of "pages of certified translation" does not correlate to the physical page count. Rather, it is a reflection of the total word count. Thank you for posting a review. The physical pages of the source material does not correlate to the number of pages of certified translation. Rather, it is the total word count of the source material that determines the number of pages of certified translation. I appreciated the quick and clear communication and the easy-to-use website. Turnaround was faster than anticipated. While I do not speak/read the language we had our document translated into, I noticed some errors (missing spaces after periods, inconsistent capitalization at beginning of sentences and for names). It makes me think that there are probably some translation/spelling errors as well. For this use, perfection was not necessary, but I would be hesitant to use it for client-facing documents.

I used Rush Translate to translate three separate documents (total of five pages) for Immigration purposes, Slovak to English. I can't say enough positive remarks about this company and their service. Their response time, turn around time, and level of accuracy was nothing short of superb. They paid attention to every detail, even the document stamps. I required just minor corrections. The whole process of submitting documents for translation, reviewing and sending back for correction, and approvals was very easy. I did wait until I received my mailed hard copies before writing my review. They came signed and stamped. Prior to using them I did do a BBB search for piece of mind, as well as checked reviews (they do have a A+ rating with the BBB, which I was very pleased to find).
