Quick and Easy process. Translation quality is good.  Had to send 1 revision for small spell correction, but turnaround time was good.

It was pretty fast and good quality translation.

The quality of translation from Hindi to English was extremely poor. There were numerous mistakes. Even after my corrections, errors still persisted. I had to spend a lot of time correcting everything. They also could not deliver the corrected translations within 12 hours, as claimed! Not recommended.

Quality of the translated document is really good. Service i will give 4 stars because there was some delay in response from the team. Otherwise, I am recommending this to others.

Turnaround time was fantastic, but the typos in the translation were sloppy and could've  been caught with just a single read through. I expected better quality considering how expensive this service is.

The translator did such a good job, I am putting in the effort to write  a review (though belated :)). The text was dense medical parlance, and a rush order at that. I am fluent in both languages, and I can say that the translator did a superb job in conveying the information necessary accurately and concisely. I couldn't have done a better job myself. It would probably take me a lot longer than it did him to even google how these terms translate properly, or even what they are. I honestly didn't expect such quality. I'd definitely like to order from him again if given the chance. So 5+ stars.

this is definitely the best translation company I being corporate with. it is very highly quality certified translation service. all of the translation they provide is very highly registered official term. and the translator is very detail orientated. I appreciate their hardworking. their translator, their whole team. they are very trustable translation company. I am a mandarin interpreter as well. and also the price is twice cheaper than most of the company. for some company I don't want to name their name in public. they quotation is higher and higher each time. and I did got some part of my document translated by other company. they are omitting and addition here and there everywhere, other translation company even missing whole page of translation and omit a lot, other company did my mom's ID number wrong twice and spell my name wrong on my ID. and their quality can't reach 50% off the rush translation. I regret couldn't found rush translation earlier. even I never met them, all the service is through online and email. but they did the best. they do what they promise. all these document is extremely important for me. It is for USCIS. I told them I need a very experienced translator to do the translation for my paperwork. I completely shocked with error free. there is no mistakes at all of my paperwork. it is a of document need be translator 29 pages within 4 days. I have to give them a thumb up. The turn-around time for the initial translated document and the revision requested, was well within the anticipated timeframe. I received the translated version notarized, in 24 hours.  The quality of the translation was good. I only had to request a correction in the date format, but nothing major. 

The web interface is really easy and intuitive to use, and the response was faster than I expected to be, and overall I'm satisfied with the service and quality.

Rush Translate is fantastic!  I had searched on the internet and phoned all over to try and find a company to do a certified translation of my husband’s and my German drivers licenses into english.  They were identical licenses and  had only 13 words that needed Translation. We also needed them within 24 hours.  All the other companies that I contacted said they charged $24.00 per page!!   These other companies said they count each side of the credit sized license as a page. and even though they were identical  words they were going to charge us $100 for the translation and $40 to complete it in 24 hours.  Rush Translate gave us a wonderful, honest price and did this in 24 hours.  If I ever need something translated again, I will go directly to Rush Translate.  Honest, Fair, and excellent quality.  They were wonderful!

The service is fast and easy, assigning the documents to a translator was fast and translation process took less than 48 hours but, all the documents translated had at least one error per document, I had to carefully read all of them, I don't like the part to act as a quality control, found errors and send it for correction more than one time.

The first draft of the translation had several problems including missing the key year information ( for e.g. 2003) which was appearing. Entire address information was missed at one of the place. The quality and format was very poor as well. I had to spend significant effort doing multiple iterations of proof reading which you can see in my review comments history. Looking at the user experience of your website ( which is great), I was expecting a better quality deliverable.

I was very happy with the service aspect of the company. Everything was speedy; the quote, the correspondence etc. This definitely made this company a lifesaver when I found out I needed several translations A.S.A.P. I do have issue with the quality and format of the translations I recieved. I had to request ten revisions and there were maybe two that I felt were reasonable; the spelling of a name (which had been translated to illegible) and the spelling of my apartment name. The other revisions were, in my opinion, careless and unnecessary. For example, the misspelling of the word  'building'. The translation of the Japanese Postal Service symbol to 'T'. The either mistype or mistranslation of the word 'in' to 'on'.  The misordering of my area, street and apartment numbers. I also have an issue with the format of the translations. The format does not replicate the format of the original Japanese documents which can make it difficult to understand the flow. It's a little inconvenient but it is not the biggest issue I have.  The problem I have is with the excel style boxes which are too small for the text on every document. When the boxes were subsequently 'wrapped', there are a few letters of a word on one line, then underneath another couple, then underneath that a couple more. Examples than come to mind are the word 'Month' which was spread over three lines to fit in its tiny box ('M' 'on' 'th') or 'insurance premium amount' which became 'insuran' 'ce' 'premiu' 'm' 'amount'. It seems unprofessional to have words written in this way. If the format had followed the original Japanese document, the boxes wouldn't have been so small and the words would have fit easily. Again, the company helped me when I needed a certified translation A.S.A.P but the quality was a little disappointing.

It was a bit pricey however well worth it because of the importance of the documents, the time that I required them and the quality of the translation. The documents were translated and notarized in a matter of three days and in my inbox ready to go. I was not expecting that quick a turnaround. I submitted my HS Certificate and within 3 days they sent me the rough draft for review and final confirmation. It looked very professional and the quality was excellent.

While the quality of the translation was excellent, and the review process was painless, the turnaround time estimate was WAY off. I paid an extra $14.95 for expedited processing, which was supposed to reduce the turnaround time from 24 hours to 12. But, all-in-all, it took about 40 hours to receive my final translation. While I did request a certified translation and needed one revision (which I submitted withing the hour of having received the first draft), the estimator apparently did not take these into account, which was disappointing, since time was of the essence to me. I would certainly use and recommend this service again, but with the caveat that it will take much longer than advertised.
