I screwed things up with a typo in my email address, but their customer support worked with me to resolve the confusion. The translation seemed perfect, and since it was a table, they actually had to create a table to provide me the translation. So, the value for the cost was incredible. Rush Translate Exceeded my expectations!! I highly recommend!! They picked up a mislabeled document, brought it to my attention, and sent an Email asking how I wished to proceed.  I advised them to disregard that document, and proceed with the others.  They said they would credit the charge for that one.  I am assuming that will happen.  I haven't checked my credit card activity yet. 😁 I would recommend them.  And in fact, I have on prior occasions.

The translation was done quickly and all communication with employees was fast and helpful, which is why I'm putting 4 stars for service. However, this translation was truly horrible. There were so many errors and the translation showed a huge lack of cultural understanding on the translator's part, including using a vulgar word in French. It was clear that my documents had been put through a machine translator with little to no correction on the translator's part. I had to request at least a dozen revisions on the translation, which at that point felt as if I was doing more work than the translator. I would understand a couple necessary revisions, but my documents required far too many. I'm lucky that I'm fluent in the target language of my translations, if I wasn't, I would have just happily paid for a mistake-riddled, poorly done service and been none the wiser. My documents were also sloppy, including some typos and inconsistent abbreviations, which can't even be blamed on a machine translator. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, as when I pay $250 for a service, I expect it to be done well. In the future, I would not use this service again or recommend it to friends.  In conclusion, I would have been happy to wait an extra day or two to have a much better quality translation that required far fewer revisions.

I ordered my translation at Rush for my driver's license in Denmark. I had to pay for 2 translations, but it was still a good price. They accepted it at the kommune, so I can recommend it for this porpuse. The customer service was great as well

I am thoroughly satisfied by the service I received by RushTranslate. My translation was done professionally and promptly. When an issue arose with the delivery of my order (not due to RushTranslation fault in any way), the company rus another notarized copy at no charge to me. Based on my experience, I recommend RushTranslate as a professional and courteous translation service.

Rush Translate was very quick. Order said 24 hr turn around and it was half that time.  I did have to send it back for a couple spelling mistakes. But I take responsibility on that. They did send out a previewing copying that I just glimpsed at and approved. But even with having to send it back it was still completed before the 24hr turn around.  Definitely would recommend & will use this service again if ever needed. 

I used RushTranslate to translate my transcripts from French into English.  The quality for a certified translation was shocking (multiple errors and a too literal translation). I was particularly annoyed by the fact that my birthdate was wrong even though it concerned numbers which didn't even need translating (implying a lack of quality control). I know bad translations can happen (I worked in the translation industry for a while, and my SO is a translator) and I sent some suggestions back. These have been taken over blindly and therefore I pretty much translated a bunch of my own text yet paid for it. Again, I know how this works so it's not that big of a deal (translators have styles which might or might not conform to the customer's preferences). But what really really annoyed me was that there was not an apology, explanation or any type of message about the situation.  I sincerely suggest RushTranslate spend some more time on the follow-up of projects and interaction with customers. The translation industry is highly competitive and it is therefore imperative to effectively communicate. Unfortunately though unless these points are addressed I would not recommend this translation service. 

I ordered my marriage certificate on a Saturday and received a draft copy on Sunday! The original came in the mail on Friday. The certificate was professionally translated and accurate.  I would highly recommend this company for your translation needs! A. Alexander
