The service provided was excellent in terms of had the opportunity to select a rapid return of the document, a Death Certificate that was translated from English to Italian. In using your Website, it was a very simple process to use and was also given the opportunity to include any concerns or questions regarding the submital of the document. The opportunity to use the messaging board allowed RushTranslate to reply back to your email address in providing any additional information that you or RushTranslate needed to update as an open line of communication. Extremely 100% satisfied and would recommend anyone to definitely utilize the service that RushTranslate can offer.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since it was solicited… here it is. Positives: Very responsive, easy to navigate and easy to use website. Quality of work: I won’t be using the translated document. The formatting of the end result leaves a lot to be desired (text alignment, font consistency etc.) Part of the text was not initially translated - I caught it and submitted request for revision which was promptly completed, however after it was finalized, I noticed other issues such as the course code containing the letter “B” somehow became a numeral “8”. Perhaps the document was translated using OCR? In any case, I will be paying for another translation elsewhere, perhaps little less rushed. Willingness to recommend? - If you’re in a hurry and don’t necessarily need professional looking results, sure.

We needed a quick translation for a US passport application and Rush came through in less than 24 hours. The translation was accurate and the passport was issued without question. I would absolutely recommend Rush Translate to anyone that needs official documents translated.

I have used Rush Translate twice and the company name reflects the efficiency in their translation. I had 9 pages to translate from French to English and they were done in 3 days. Once the translation were done, they send you a note for review and confirmation before notorization. I was in a rush to get everthing translated and notorized, and I was very happy with the speed, quality.  When I contacted the customer service for my second translation work, their response was super fast, efficient and customer oriented. I would strongly recommend rush translate and would definitely use them again if I had other documents to be translated in the future.

They responded very quickly to my request and correspondence BUT SAID THEIR TRANSLATORS COULD NOT COMPREHEND CURSIVE WRITING!!! They wanted me to provide a typed version If ********** I would have used ****** translate. Anyway, they were not able to translate a document in Polish cursive handwriting. They did not translate a single word to my transcript. Charged me excessive amount of money for a one page transcript. Demanded a refund since not a single word was translated to my transcript and refund was rejected. I would not recommend using this service. Bad service experience.
