I was in need to translate a birth certificate. Service was excellent, but not the translation. Quality of the translation was below average, there were a lot of mistakes of word conjugations accompanied with several typos. Formatting was off in a few places. The text was not accurate. Although, the first translated version came within 24-h time frame, it seemed that someone simply google-translated the certificate. After my edits and suggestions, they were simply changed in the document. Not sure if I would use RushTranslate services again. 

Quick answer but for 50 dollars I expect a better quality.

Honestly, I never experience such a wonderful service like Rush translate give. Is so fast , in the same day !!!!! Every seal they translate , very very accurate and very very fast . The first time I use it was unbelievable fast  and acepted by USCIS without any problem . Second time ,was even more faster . I recomend Rush translate to anybody needs a translation certified or notarized . Thanks you guys!!!!

The customer service is very good but the quality of the work is lacking. I have had numerous documents translated by RushTranslate that are, well...rushed. I find various typos and usually the formatting is off. I also find, on occasion, that the translator has difficulty translating legal terms from Spanish to English.

This was an extremely quick and quality turnover for the document that I needed. I needed an emergency certified translation for my drivers license from English to Hungarian in less than 24 hours, which was produced in half that time even from halfway across the world. I had asked translators for their services in the country I was currently in, and their turnover time was 4 days. I am very thankful for Rush translate and for their quality of service. Although this was only for a small document, I'm sure they would produce the same quality for larger documents.

Great service! They were very quick in translating my birth certificate for immigration. They had a few typos but they worked with a sense of urgency to correct them once I brought them up to their attention. They were also very responsive with my emails and requests! I would use them again :)

The majority of it was translated. There was one paragraph and a header that were not translated. There were other errors and typos that could have been prevented if reviewed before being sent to us. Review would be good before certifying the translation. When I returned it to be fixed, they were quick about the fixes and translated it well!

Very happy with the expediency and response time. Everything was great. I had a couple of documents, one of which was in Russian at the time due to the age of its publication during the Soviet Union, but I needed it in English from Ukrainian, which is different than from a Russian translation.
