Fast and quality translation

I'am giving a 5 stars to RushTranslate. The quality of the work done and the timeframe make me conclude that they are not only RushTranslate, but also RushCurate ( accuracy in rush). I suggest that they put their mailing address online in order to get more customers. I doubted before getting the answer from them, that they are truly located in the USA. 

The quality of the translation was good and was done in less than 5 hours, really recommend it .

Loved their quality of service and quick work. They communicate openly so corrections are facilitated easily! I will definitely do business with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is an excellent service! All aspects of it are easy to use, and the web pages are well designed for ease of navigation. The service is prompt, performing just as promised: my translation was completed with 24 hours! Caution to new users: you are expected to proofread your documents. Take this responsibility seriously; I found typos on an important number and an address, plus some text and numbers were omitted.  I did not diminish the rating because the overall quality of the service and translation would not have merited a reduction to 4 of 5, but if it was available I would have give 4.8 out of 5 on quality only.

Very satisfied with their work. Got documents translated with them twice. I'm always skeptical of companies that promise you fast services, but you can definitely trust RushTranslate. Great quality, and got my documents translated in just a few hours. Just make sure to place your order before the weekend, you'll get the document translated very fast anytime, but you'll probably have to wait until Monday for the letter with the signature of the certified translator (in case you need it).

Hi. This process did not go well. Though the turn around was fast, the quality was poor. I asked a Korean-speaking friend to evaluate the letter you translated before I sent it, and they strongly advised against using your work. I was told that the translation was word-for-word accurate, but the letter did not make sense. To them, your translation did not reflect my sentiment. I have since had the letter re-translated in a manner that reflects my original intentions in the English version. Since I will not be using this product at all, I would like to be reimbursed for your services. They were not satisfactory.

Great Service (Translation from German to English). Very fast - I got my translation directly the next day. It had a little Typo (which is why I only gave 4 Points for Quality), but I send a request to change that and it was corrected within an hour.  Thank you for your work!

Fast service and good quality of translation

I had to request a revision three times simply because the translator kept making mistakes and also didn't fix what I pointed out in one shot. Dates in the document were wrong, lines were missing, and when I pointed out what exactly needs to be fixed by highlighting and making comments on a copy of the document, the translator did not address them all in one revision, so I had to request two more revisions. I just don't understand how this is possible as a professional service. I cannot believe I had to do all the double-checking. I am so glad I understand English enough to catch those mistakes, but what if I understood zero English? Then I'd be submitting a completely incorrect translation to USCIS? I work as a (non-certified) translator for a company too, and I understand that translators are humans and there is always some room for human errors. Now, the job of the company is to minimize those errors by implementing a solid review system. The errors made by the translator could have been easily avoided if they used a review tool or had another translator double-check the document. Also, don't you guys translate birth certificates all the time? Isn't there any template? Even if it was the very first time for Rush Translate to handle a Japanese birth certificate, the fact I had to ask for a revision for careless mistakes three times was just ridiculous. Two things need to be improved significantly; 1)Quality of the translator 2)Double-check system.  On the other hand, Customer Support made me feel like they were doing everything they could to help me and responded to my emails very quickly. I had to get this document translated in a few days and they were helpful in terms of communicating with the rest of the team to prioritize my order, etc. Overall, however, it was just a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. Imagine you order a BLT sandwich but you only get a plain ham sandwich, so you tell the cook that bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes need to go into a sandwich to make a BLT sandwich.  Then you get a bacon sandwich, but you are like "where are the lettuce and tomatoes?". Now you get a bacon and lettuce sandwich, so you have to ask the cook again to add some tomatoes to get what you paid for, a BLT sandwich. The point is, I, as a customer, shouldn't have to tell the translator how to translate correctly. At least, the translator should be able to reflect all the changes I requested in one revision. I totally understand that customer review is an important process, but what I had to do was not just a review, but basically making edits in red and what the translator had to do was to reflect those edits in the actual deliverable which they failed to do twice. I asked for a refund but the request was denied because of the refund policy. But I really want to make a point here that I feel like I paid to edit someone's translation. I had no choice because I really needed this certified translation for my USCIS interview, but please please take my feedback seriously because I do not wish this frustrating experience upon anyone else. Dealing with USCIS is stressful enough. Having to deal with frustration with a translation service was just so uncalled for and unexpected. Thank you for your time and for reading my feedback.

Outstanding service provided in terms of both timing and quality. Maybe the only comment I have is about some nuances that the translator didn't understand at first (maybe because he or she was a native French speaker,) but it was easily overcome by pointing out the legal terminology that wasn't fully grasped. Other than that everything was neat!

Not worth the extra charge for the "rushed" expedited service. Quality of translation is sub-par for the amount of money spent. I would not use this translation service again. 

Service was expedited quickly. Hopefully it will work for presenting document to the department of state for a passport. I had to request two revisions due to clerical errors. 5 stars for service and 3 stars for quality.

Fast turnaround and quality work

Rush Translate provides excellent customer service and does its best to meet customer's needs. With that said, as with anything else, you get what you pay for. You can have it cheap, fast, or good. Rarely will you get all three at once. This was my experience with Rush Translate. The initial draft I received was HORRIBLE. The translator simply used machine translation (e.g. Google Translate) to "translate" the text and submitted it as if it were his own work.  After a round of revisions by the same translator; someone who is clearly in it to make a quick buck, Rush Translate escalated this situation and submitted it for peer review by another translator. It was only then that I was able to finally receive a proper translation. Luckily, I was able to read the initial translation and avoid receiving such a poorly translated document. I highly advise anyone using Rush Translate to have the quality of the translation provided thoroughly checked before accepting it. (Even if this means paying a third-party to do it.)

We paid for a certified translation of our terms and conditions, and a couple of subclauses were missed. Overall the quality seemed good, though, and this seemed to be a simple oversight that can hopefully be corrected easily.

Ease of access and speed was a plus, but not a fan of the quality of the translation relative to competitors I have used in the past. I paid $132 to translate two pages from Spanish to English (I would imagine this is a common translation pair) and was surprised when the person's name on both the Marriage and Birth certificates had been spelled incorrectly multiple times on both pages.  For reference, both first and last names are common names. If I hadn't taken the time to review the documents closely, I could have opened a door to a bureaucratic nightmare. Not impressed with this lack of attention to detail and the general look of the translation documents compared to others (aesthetics matter to me more than msot) I have paid a similar price for.... but the responsiveness and speed was good.
