I am fluent in Spanish. I even tutored college level Spanish at one point; with that being said, my Spanish proficiency level is advanced. I was in a hurry to get the birth certificate translated from Hindi to English due to an appointment deadline, and so, I was suggested to go for expedited service by Kathy from RushTranslate that would cut the time by half to 12 hours, which I bought with the order.
