My delivery was never made I have contacted rush translate twice and all I got was an explicit email telling me their service is great and thousands of costumers are happy with it. I am still waiting for my document to be delivered. FedEx tells me to contact rush translate and rush translate tells me to contact FedEx. Excellent !

I have had the opportunity to work with Rushtranslate for 3 jobs now. I chose the service because of the price. I would have given the service 3 or 4 stars based on my 1st two experiences with them. The thing keeping them from being 5 stars is that they work with freelance translators who eventually grow tired of completing those free revision requests. They will at times refuse to complete revisions. This is what brings them down to 3 stars, because despite this, the result appears to be a high quality translation. What brings them down to 1 star is 1) when they stop communicating with you or 2) don't tell you that they are having issues with their translators, and 3) when the staff approves revision requests that were completely ignored by the translator, thereby, placing their stamp of approval on a refused revision request, and then 4) to add salt to injury, not providing any reason whatsoever as to why they approved a revision without that revision having been completed.

The person who made my translation was rude and didn't want to apply the change I asked for or even try to look for a solution. After submitting two revisions, they canceled them, and they said they couldn't change the meaning of any word even though it could be misunderstood (ironically, they changed the meaning of a word in the first translation). They never made the change, implying they were not going to change the meaning of that word. On the other side, customer support was excellent and kindly applied a solution to my request by adding a footnote (which would have been great if the person who translated the document in the first place had done that). 5 stars to customer support!

Obviously I needed this document back on time and yes it was sent back as estates (24 hours), but with so many errors. How it supposed to be approved if it has been certified but with errors?? Well, the name is ‘RushTranslate’, so don’t be surprised when your finished product is flawed and has typos. I had the most simple document I needed translated (could’ve done it myself, but need a certified translation), and they still managed to mess it up. Do NOT use this business if you are the person in a rush, it will not work out for you. Don’t expect a refund either

We don't offer credential evaluation, just translation, which is required prior to credential evaluation. Once you receive the certified translation from us, you will take that to an accredited credential evaluation service, such as Educational Perspectives, or World Education Services, to have the credentials evaluated. The translation of the original document was fine and as expected. HOWEVER, I request that the certification statement be written in the language of the people who will be reading it, in Spanish. What good is the certification if it is not in a native language of the people reading it? It is meaningless and worthless. I have not yet received that reasonable request. I am very upset about this.

I do not recommend their service, when I reviewed the documents once I got them translated, they had several errors and once I sent feedback about the errors (I literally told them that it should be put in such a line), they sent me back the wrong document, in one document I had to provide feedback about the same error 4 times. I don't know if the translator was doing it on purpose and that made me lose 5 days.

To Rush Translate, I am usually happy with the work that is being done but this time was truly a disappointment. I paid for a translator to give me a thorough translation word by word. Instead I received an automatically generated translation. I know this because a real translator would know if it is a persons name in the document. Instead he/she gave a direct translation of the name. See my comments to the translator before draft was approved. I also checked with a Georgian who knows English and was told exactly the same thing. This is a legal document and MUST have been done accurately. Please address this issue with the person who was suppose to translate the document originally. This is not the first time with my translations! Thank you

The service was below average. They are slow in responding to requests/communications. I’ve paid extra for an expedited translation and still ended up receiving the translation a week later. As for the quality, their translations are mediocre and sloppy, and you end up translating it yourself for them just to put the stamp on it.

They responded very quickly to my request and correspondence BUT SAID THEIR TRANSLATORS COULD NOT COMPREHEND CURSIVE WRITING!!! They wanted me to provide a typed version If ********** I would have used ****** translate. Anyway, they were not able to translate a document in Polish cursive handwriting. I do not recommend this company.
It's true - none of our Polish translators could read the handwritting from the source document that was from the 1860's. We are sorry we couldn't assist you in the translation because the document was not legible, a full refund was issued when the order was cancelled.

They did not translate a single word to my transcript. Charged me excessive amount of money for a one page transcript. Demanded a refund since not a single word was translated to my transcript and refund was rejected. I would not recommend using this service. Bad service experience.
