This doesn't look good on your company's reputation. At least you should have a human translator look at it before you release it to me. I'm asking for a full refund on this one. I do not recommend their service, when I reviewed the documents once I got them translated, they had several errors and once I sent feedback about the errors (I literally told them that it should be put in such a line), they sent me back the wrong document, in one document I had to provide feedback about the same error 4 times. I don't know if the translator was doing it on purpose and that made me lose 5 days.

To Rush Translate, I am usually happy with the work that is being done but this time was truly a disappointment. I paid for a translator to give me a thorough translation word by word. Instead I received an automatically generated translation. I know this because a real translator would know if it is a persons name in the document. Instead he/she gave a direct translation of the name. See my comments to the translator before draft was approved. I also checked with a Georgian who knows English and was told exactly the same thing. This is a legal document and MUST have been done accurately. Please address this issue with the person who was suppose to translate the document originally. This is not the first time with my translations! Thank you

The service was below average. They are slow in responding to requests/communications. I’ve paid extra for an expedited translation and still ended up receiving the translation a week later. As for the quality, their translations are mediocre and sloppy, and you end up translating it yourself for them just to put the stamp on it.

Errors in the translation and ugly presentation. I chose them because I liked the model they had for presentation, but they sent me a poorly designed page. I did not like anything!

I was quite happy at first: the service personell seemed eager to help and even issued a refund spontaneously because the file was smaller than what I indicated and paid for. The price is also decent. Unfortunately my satisfation ends there: the document was translated without any care. I had to state what the correct translation for many terms was, I had to point out chunks of text that were out of place. I just submitted my 3rd revision request due to out-of-place text. Anyone that spent 2 minutes comparing the files and performing a quality check would realize things are out of place or just plain wrong. It would have been fine as an oversight in the first document, but a third time is too much for a professional getting paid to do this. Many sentences in the delivered file were incomplete, wrong, or had "pieces" of other sentences amidst other unrelated text. Unfortunately I needed to have a "certified translation", so I had to pay for this service which paired me with a translator that was clearly less able to do the job than me, the paying client. Overall disappointing, which is a shame.

Asked for my birth certificate to be translated, and I wasn't happy with the result. I sent a revised version to correct the errors and once again the translation was poorly done. (cut sentences, duplicates, word in the wrong places, wrong date of birth...) In the end, I had to do it myself which is not ideal for an official document. Not worth the money!

I am really disappointed with your work. Literally, I should translate medical terms by myself and, eventually, your translator made a mistake which I mentioned. If I had opportunity to check the translation after my last letter, I would have found that mistake, but you did not let me to do that. Please, explain to your interpreter that "rector" and "head of education institution" are the different occupations, and send me the correct translation of the document (I am talking about diploma which was issued in 1998).

Absolutely ABYSMAL quality for the price I paid. The translator did not seem to have a good grasp of the French language or the French education system. There were countless mistakes and the name of my university was spelled two different ways on my diploma and transcripts. No refund (except for the notarization, which hadn't been completed yet). This company is a scam; look up an individual translator through the ATA database instead and ask for an example of their work.

It would have been nice to receive my translated documents in individual PDFs since that is how they were uploaded instead of combined into one pdf. The translations also seem as if they were done with google translate and not a human actually translating this because the flow of the sentences do not make sense and it is more of a literal translation, overall I am not satisfied with the level of service I received and will probably seek translations elsewhere.

Scam site, do NOT use. RT claims to offer certified translations for official purposes, but they do not actually have official translators and offer only a fake, useless “official” document to verify their work. They do not have the authority, certification or expertise to do translations for administrative or government purposes. I ordered official translations for a drivers license in a European country. This website claims to be able to do such translations and offer certified translations. When my translations were rejected by the authority rushtranslate had absolutely no help you offer whatsoever, claiming that because the translations had already occurred they could not refund my money, given to them under false pretenses. There was simply no other way around the situation. It took the issuing authority several months to look over my application and find my translations inadequate. Rush translate was completely useless in the process, and I am forced now to pay for entirely new translations of the same documents by someone who actually has the authority to do them. Rush Translate stole my money in exchange for useless translations sold to me on the promise of acceptability. They are a huge scam. Don’t waste your time or money with this fraudulent company. They offer nothing more official then you could get from a DeepL translation. I believe they deliberately sell their services under vague claims and offer no recourse when they fail to deliver usable work.

This company is a JOKE! I wanted to translate English into German and it took me MANY REVIEWS to get them to do things right. DO NOT EVER TRANSLATE WITH THEM. They are not careful with their job, they don't mind about quality. They are very fast to translate but they don't do it right.

Have not received any single confirmation nor payment nor inquiries response emails from them I have sent 3 emails and no replies. The web says 24 hours delivery and still nothing received. Zero email. The order page is still saying in progress. Do not say 24 hours if you can’t fulfil it within the time frame. Very deceiving.

Always the same business day and typically within an hour. It sounds like our emails may not have been reaching your inbox, which can sometimes happen due to aggressive mail filters.
