Low quality but fast. I had to request revision many times. 

It's not "rush". 

It doesn't cost $24.95 per page as the advertisement said, its 250 words per page only. If you have more than 250 words it's another $24.95 which it's fine but I would have chosen another company to work with more affordable. I also found BIG errors on my translation so be aware to double-check your order after it's finished.

The quality of the translation was underwhelming to say the least. While I am not a professional translator, I consider myself to be highly proficient in both Korean and English. I turned to RushTranslate because I needed a notarized translation of a document that I co-authored for review purpose. The result was extremely disappointing. The translator didn't even bother googling official English translations for book titles or organizations. This isn't to say that the grammar or prose was superb; it was on par with what you get with google translate. The best part about the experience is that I was able to review and revise the translation multiple times, which also meant I ended up doing most of the actual heavy-lifting (and yes, I have sufficient evidence to conclude that my English is at a significantly higher level than the translator's). At least, now I know what to do if I ever lose my day job..

Took about 3 reviews to get it right. It is a simple 1 page document. Attention to details was a failure. However, it was easily handled and fast reply after each review. 

Very disappointed by the translation. It's just a google translate translation with some minor modification nothing else.

Pros: Clean, easy to understand website, straight forwards order process Cons: Despite an "estimate" of 48 hour turnaround, after asking for an update I finally got the first draft about 6 hours after the 48 hours. I specifically chose this company because of the stellar reviews and "quick turn around time". After this experience, I would not want to use them again. The first draft I got was not satisfactory. Apparently, to RushTranslate the word "environmental studies" translates to "ecology" in Russian. Some of the words of academic associations were not translated, and neither were the abbreviations for courses. After complaining, they were promptly fixed. When I pointed out what I thought were further errors, they corrected me, which is fine and I'm glad they did. However, I wasn't thrilled that you finalized my order without my okay, but in your defense I expressed urgency and you offered to correct it further if I wasn't satisfied, so its fine. You guys tried, and I'm grateful. Your email support was good, but you did not provide, on this order, that extra mile of offering partial refunds for the trouble. That is the difference between good service and excellent service. I waited patiently those 48 hours trusting you would live up to your 98% on time estimates and reviews but sadly I fell into the 2% of late orders. Judging by how you respond to complaints on BBB, I might get scorched by you on here for my experience. Regardless, thank you for your work, it is appreciated.  

Eu não gostei do serviço prestado pelo RushTranslate. Não recomendo. Eu paguei uma taxa extra para ter um serviço em 12 horas e adivinhem...atrasou!!!!!!!! O deadline que eu precisava não pode ser respeitado, porque o RushTranslate atrasou minha encomenda. E eu ainda tive que pagar para isso. Se eu soubesse que essa taxa não serviria para nada eu não teria pago. Não acreditem nas promessas aqui desse site. Não é "Rush" coisa nenhuma. I did not like the service provided by RushTranslate. I do not recommend. I paid an extra fee to have a service in 12 hours and guess what ... delayed !!!!!!!! The deadline I needed cannot be respected, because RushTranslate delayed my order. And I still had to pay for it. If I had known that this fee would be useless I would not have paid. Do not believe the promises here on this site. It's not "Rush" at all.

Website easy to use. The client support is responsive and nice. BUT.... The translation is, like the website is entitled, Rushed! I ask from a translation from French to English and I had to correct myself the mistake they did. Very basic english mistakes that should not happen in a translation company. They don't even seem to have someone checking up the translation afterwards to realize that the content did not make sense. very disappointed.

The quality of this translation is quite poor, almost google translate quality. While this is technical content, and we understand the difficulty of this kind of work, the translation we received is unusable.

While the turnaround time was fast, the quality was absolute garbage for my marriage certificate. I'm sure they had a stock translation for the certificate from my country; however, I basically had to do the translation myself. There were over 12 mistakes for 3 pages with very little words that were written. I can understand spelling mistakes for names, but whole addresses were left out. If I had more time, I wish I could've gotten my services elsewhere. 

Translation was ok, were s couple mistakes in it -again. Even though I payed for signature when delivering it was squished in my mailbox. Hope uscis will accept something like that. Plus point: Service is very fast!

The translation is very wrong on the Criminal record, and Certificat of Celibacy. Please very very wrong and compare to the old one is very different.  Please I need correction if you need the sample of older ones I’ll send it to you. 

I'm not happy with the translation to Spanish.  I am a fluent Spanish speaker and when I read the translation I could tell that the translator did not put in the time to capture the essence of the original document (English). It appears that Google translate was used. I didn't request a rewrite because I didn't have the time.

The document turn around was very fast and convenient, however the quality was not great this time, there were some editing issues and missing lines on the document that I had to request to be changed. Netherless to say the return was very fast! 

I used this service to translate from English to Hebrew. I speak Hebrew fluently, but don't have great professional writing, which is why I used this service. The quality of the translation was very poor and didn't make sense in several places. It sounded like it had been google-translated, so I put a couple sentences through google translate to see if that's what had been done, but google translate came up with better translations than they had. Additionally, some of the formatting wasn't right (bold where it shouldn't have been, etc). If you do not know the language you are translating a document into, beware! (Perhaps their Hebrew translators are worse than other languages though- I do not know.) If you do know the language you are translating to, be prepared to do a lot of editing afterwards. I wish I had paid more and hired a better quality translator.  The document was returned to be very quickly though.

I am very disappointed in the translation,  I had requested to be notarized on the document on a paper telling me that you not taking any responsibility for the translation  so disappointed,  I can not use this as an authentic document,  very expensive also , never will I use your service again

It should be in a hard paper that I paid not for the one you sent me I can't even use

Quality "so so"... I needed a certified translation for WES, I'm native French. Some translations are done with the google translation. I will not recommend this website.

There were many careless mistakes with these translations, and there was no consultation with me. Words were ignored and the translation would have 'unreadable' which could have been solved by asking me. 

very very disappointed with the Chinese to English translation service. my document was a birth certificate with 98% content in English. it was literally only few words and one address needed to be translated to English. the translator changed the English in my original document, and after I submit a revision with the request" please do not change the original English in the birth certificate", they send a revised version still changed 3 places. the translation makes sense still, just do not understand why has to change the original English even after been asked not to.  they send the documents back very fast though.  the order-making process on the website is easy too. 

If you want an accurate translation for important documents (e.g. Certificates, USCIS, etc.) DO NOT use Rush Translate. My birth certificate translation had my birth year (the most important thing)  translated wrong, as well as another mistake in reporting an email address. From a service like this I expect a spotless translation, considering that I was able to see both mistakes in less than a minute after reading the translation. I am not happy and I do not recommend this company!

I used this service to translate some official documents from English to Italian. The Italian embassy told me that the translations were not sufficient which means that I need to find another way to translate them. They delivered the translations on time but what's the point of the translations are wrong?

Hi, In my certificate I was told that seal is not clear. It's a handwriting in the seal, if the translator cannot understand it, during the quote itself he should have told. So that customer can decide whether to go with translation or skip. After the translation I was told its nt clear. So I feel like I lost some amount of translating in rush translate. I have to translate with one more translator and notarize again.    Thanks

Notary public is translated as государственный нотариус, not публичный нотариус. Also, all documents have partial seals which were missing in all translations. I basically had to redo everything myself.

It was fast and easy to communicate, but unfortunately the translation from Brazilian Portuguese to English was extremely poor, I am at my third revision request, because there are so many mistakes ! Even the date was wrong. Im disappointed. 

The quality was not professional at all. At least, spell check and native speaker check are should be done before sending the document to the customer.

Hi. Thank you for the translation. A couple of suggestions: - The work needs to be more detailed oriented. The fact that the first thing I saw in the first submission was different fonts did not create a good first impression. - Please make sure to actually read the suggestions for revisions. I asked several times to change the spelling of "licence" to license" without it being done (until the last revision). Also, if you are translating a US driver license it is probably a good idea to use American English.  - Make sure the grammar is correct. I had to point out that "driver permissions expires" is incorrect.  - Last, I am not sure why it said "passport" where the photo on the license is located.  I am sure the translator will be able to do a good job once he/she is properly trained and/or can spend more time on the initial translation.  

Quick service however some glaring and critical inaccuracies - not up to the usual Rush Translate Standards.

These translations make few efforts to form coherent sentences. The only thing this Service provided me was a time save. I could have hired someone to google translate this better than what I received back from Rush Translate. Its extremely unfair to provide such a poor work product for the price charged.

I didn’t have the best experience with them. I ordered a paper copy which only got shipped out after a week and they didn’t even know about it. They charged my account but waited until I emailed them because I didn’t get it. The customer service is not the best and I would not recommend this site. 

The only thing that I like was the fast service and fast reply for my request. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed.  It took two times to fix the requests. And the big thing was the translated paper itself. When I rcreceiv the paperwork in the mail it was all grumbled and damaged.  I had to dry it and I am still tryng to get the wrinkles out. Seems like it was exposed to the rain. Also the format was not neat and all the paragraphs were in a one order.  It would be a good idea to use a cover/plastic folder or maybe a nicer envelope to protect the documents.

I have used your company twice before and ithas been great. This time the same type of job was not completed properly and I can’t use the document and will have to go to another translator which was disappointing as I would have liked to have continued to use your services. 

It was completed very quickly, but the quality is not very different from Google Translate. I am not certified as a translator, but I could've done a lot better job than what I paid for.

The missing fields should not be the case in my opinion. The translation for the same words is not consistent even though they are on the same page.

Translation good but needed it notarized by a Florida notary as this was a Florida marriage certificate! It was NOT accepted by dept of state of Florida due to notary from Indiana! I emailed a request for Florida notary but was not helped in any way! Had to use another translation agency to get it accepted!! Wasted my money on the translation and notary!! Feel cheated!! 

The price is too expensive given the service provided. I asked them to translate a financial document to English and they made many silly mistakes within the translation, so the translated documents got rejected. It was too late to make amendments, when I asked for a refund but they couldn’t give me one. I ended up wasting $160 for nothing but a waste of my time.

The quality of this translation was so poor it was inadmissible to the Spanish government and had to be taken to another translation service to be redone. Waste of $50.

Uploading and getting the translation works well. They are also responsive to emails. HOWEVER, be careful if you need the translation certified and notarized in your state. Their notarization comes from Indiana and it will not be valid in your state. This should be stated clearly in the front page or clarified clearly when you place an order. I contacted support but they are in denial this is an issue.
