I am happy with the final translation even though I recommend reviewing your translation before you approve it, there were some overlooking mistakes but they were corrected after I asked for a revision. The one thing I wasn’t happy with, was that I was charged for two additional pages due to the number of words, even though it was a school transcript where most words were numbers that didn’t need to be translated. I think that should’ve been taken into consideration.

The staff were great when there was a problem and responded promptly, but I had to get my latest translation fixed three times. It was a very simple document and I needed it to be done quickly so I didn't do it myself. Their Japanese translator is unfortunately not good and I had to correct their translation. It was also not true to the original and they made multiple mistakes. I really liked this company when it was under rev and ordered multiple times before. I am unsure about the quality control now. I hope they change their Japanese translator as I'd like to use this company in the future.

I appreciate the fact that I could review my translation 2 or 3 times. However , I had to go over it quite a few times which I think I should not have had to as it took me quite a while. Finally , it would be nice to be able to talk to a person but I was told it was not possible.

The website was easy to use, and I appreciated that the translation only took a couple of days. I got a shock when I paid for the translation because it was more expensive than I had expected - it turns out the cost quoted was in US dollars, and not Australian dollars. I am Australian and had expected the cost was in Australian dollars. I don't know if I missed some information on the website, but I was not aware I would be paying in US dollars. I would have looked for an Australian site if I had known. I don't feel I can comment on the quality of the translation since I have no idea what was written on the document I had translated, and I just have to assume that the translation is accurate.

Average experience. If you need to translate a very important document and/or are not fluent in the language it's going to be translated to, I would definitely not recommend the service. I had three documents translated and all of them came back with mistakes, which I wouldn't have been able to identify if I wasn't fluent in the translated language. I then had to reach out and ask for a correction, which shouldn't happen in the first place considering the price. The positives were that the translations as well as the correction were done in a very short timeframe (less than 24 hours) and the wording in the translated documents were chosen well for the most part.

The website in itself is very practical, and the communication very easy. However, I asked for a (french to english) translation of a driver license (thirty words). Despite the standardness and brevity of the document, not only did I have to pay the full "single page" price, but there also was an obvious, simple mistake (first name and last name were inverted) in the translation. To put it in numbers, I paid 24.95$ for 30 words, and the first version had 2 out of 30 words wrong. Very disappointing.

Translation easy to order and received very quickly (more quickly, in fact, than I think a human could have done it). However, translation (of official financial documents) was obviously run through translation software and made almost no sense–I could have done a better job myself. I feel like I paid $50 just for the certified translation stamp, but it looks like my bank accepted the translations so I guess they got the job done.

The first version of the translation had a pretty important error -- It listed "father" instead of "mother" on the birth certificate. It was corrected when I pointed it out, but I'm surprised such a crucial item was mistranslated.

Had a Japanese document translated into English. Everything was OK except the proper names of people. I think the biggest problem was a cultural problem on how peoples names are interpreted. Lots of leeway and in names.

I understand that you translate word to word, but if the contextual information within that document (i.e. information surrounding a particular translated word in question) and the provided supporting documents show clear evidence to the author that a particular translated word could have a fuller translation, it should be taken care of as a good service to the customer. I believe the translator could have easily verified all the contextual information and helped in providing me with a better translation. Now I have to jump through hoops to get what I want from elsewhere. Not happy.

530 word translated from Spanish to English. The service was fast, it took less than half a day to receive the digital translation to review or approve. Very fast considering that I selected the standard service. After the first correction, one of the errors that I underlined was still there. I requested another review and the document came back corrected only after I wrote to the customer service. It took 12 hours to get the second correction done. I was surprised to see errors in the translation. I understand that name mispelling can happen, but in this case were numerals and dates that were wrong; I was expecting more quality on this side. After approving the document it was very fast to get it finalized. Based on my experience I'd give the overall service 3.5/5.

The email support was fast and efficient but the translation had several errors( eg some words were not translated, wrong spelling, changed my format) even after the first revision. I would have requested for a second revision but because I was pressed for time, I attempted to do it.

I was disappointed with this translation. It seemed as if parts were done using Google translate, with no human review. Just for example the word "marital" appeared without context (this is a settlement agreement for a personal injury lawsuit), and the word "don't" which is out of place in a legal document. Generally this was not readable. I have used your service in the past but am reluctant to do so in the future.

Multiple typos, untranslated lines, copy paste between similar documents and not changing information, and inconsistency between documents containing same information. I needed to submit at least two revisions and compare against previous delivery, again vs original document, and vs related documents for consistency.

The first drafts were full of mistakes, i.e., typos, missing texts and bad translations, I had to spent 2 hours split across multiple revisions to get them corrected. I requested 4 revisions before getting the documents properly translated.

The provided service and the ease of communication was good. But the quality of the translation was poor. Whole parts were missing from the text. I had to check again and again the translations. After a few modifications they were correct. But this cost me a lot of time and effort and they came pretty late.

I am very disappointed with the translation in this order. It seems that it was translated by google translate word by word, and the English sentences to not translate to the Spanish words written. How can we resolve this issue? I have always had very good words to say regarding your translations but this cost me 227 dollars and the letter as is written makes no sense whatsoever. I thought you had professional translators but this translation is TERRIBLE I had to change the entire translated letter so it can be understood. What happened HERE?, can someone help me please.

As was explained previously, the physical page count does not determine pricing. Rather, the total word count is used to determine the number of pages of certified translation. We follow the industry standard of defining a page of certified translation as 250 words, max. As such, we take the total word count and divide by 250 to arrive at the number of pages of certified translation that are required to complete a given order. Unacceptable translation. Provided notes for all residents legal names. Wife and daughters names were spelled incorrectly. Provided notes for all building names. All building names were spelled incorrectly. Daughters date of residency was also incorrect. This was a very lazy error as all dates were clear and it seems the translator simply copy and pasted all the dates to be the same. Please tell your translators to read the notes provided. So people don't have to send unnecessary revisions. 2 separate documents I have provided all legal names and 2 separate times my notes have been completely ignored. Wasting my time and the company's time. Additionally, if your service is not going to be provided in 24 hours you should send an update rather than letting the customers wait and wonder about their time-sensitive documents.

This was my second translation order from RushTranslate (CZ-EN & RU-EN), and both this one and the previous one had one and more spelling mistakes, despite having elaborated exactly on those issues in the notes. This is frustrating as the customer has to double-check and request revisions, further delaying the order. The service itself is rather fast but it seems to suffer in quality control.

I could have translated this a lot better than the so called "certified" translators at Rush translate. If you are going to offer translation for official documents such as bank statements at least use the correct terms. Look at an American bank statements and use the correct terms used. I did appreciate the quick turn around but for the amount you charge, I a expected better result.

I am confused with my last experience. My husband and I used this service two years ago (in 2020) to translate immigration documents. There was no mistake on it, the documents were perfect, very well translated. I am using this service in 2022 to translate new immigration documents, I first get an unbelievable documents full of mistakes where even the last names were changed. After identifying the changes to be made to the documents, I am still finding mistakes. I had to proofread the documents over and over. Hard to trust the service after this...

I appreciate the ease of using the site, but the quality of the translation is bad considering multiple typos were made on names 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞. I submitted one revision request and it was corrected. I then submitted another because I noticed another typo in a name. The new translation they sent me corrected the new typo, but included all the old typos I'd already asked to be corrected in the first revision. I didn't even bother requesting a third revision. Considering I paid for an expedited translation to use for USCIS, this is not a reliable service to use. I'm just very surprised that names on birth certificates wouldn't be double checked.

The service is good. Questions were answered quickly and even after the translation was finished, requests were processed quickly. However, the translation was not so good. I had to have my translation revised twice. There were always simple grammatical errors and also word errors. I would always double check the translation to rule out mistakes.

the translation is flaweless language wife, but i am afraid it is not properly certified: 1. does not include copy of translated documents in original language. 2. it does not list the actual name of translator and their credentials, just some rush translate staff member name who says the translator was ok. maybe this is sufficient to prove citizenship when applying for my kids passport, maybe it isn't, we'll see. but for sure both original documents and credentials of actual translator were included on notarized translation prepared by immigration lawyer when i was applying for green card, so i am a bit afraid that rush translate way of doing things will not be enough.

I sent 2 birth certificates, one page each, and they converted them into 3 pages, so I was charged $74.85, even when the third page was only a couple of lines that they could have accommodated in the previous page. The translation was from Spanish into English languages. Besides, the names, dates and side notes were handwritten, so they couldn't read them, and asked me for a transcription, so I sent an English version of each document that I had done before, but I'm not a certified translator, so I sent those translations for them to work with and certify the translation. As you can see, I did the job for them, they just fixed some wrong words, and they charged me for one extra page and as if they had done the translation.

To be clear, the physical page count of the source documents has no bearing on the number of pages of certified translation that are required - the number could be greater or fewer. Rather, we take the total word count and divide by 250 (maximum words per page of certified translation) to arrive at the number of pages required. In this case, the source material required 832 words to translate, so 3 pages was indeed appropriate. Regarding the request for a typed transcript for the illegible handwritten text, this can be a necessary reference for the translator to accurately translate the material. We do not request a translation, only a typed transcript in the source language. This is because the handwritten text is often much more legible to someone who is intimately familiar with the document. We are unable to use any translation that is provided by a client except for reference (spelling of names, aid with discerning poorly legible text, etc.) and the translator must still complete the translation from scratch. Simple error in birth year (converting from Japanese to Western calendar) and Father’s name was not translated correctly even when included in notes for translator. When requested birth year correction, the translator only corrected one not both instances. Had to have two rounds of corrections.
