Quality work, but shipping/packaging needs improvement. ​The document processing itself was done perfectly, though the timeline was a bit slower than I anticipated. The main issue was with the delivery and packaging. FedEx reported the package as damaged, which caused it to miss the window for a trip I had planned. ​When I finally received the package, it was clear it had been exposed to water. Because the document wasn't protected by a plastic sleeve inside the envelope, the ink stamp had started to run. Fortunately, the document is still legible, but for a 'rushed' legal document, I would highly recommend the company use waterproof internal packaging in the future to prevent courier errors from ruining the work. Additionally, FedEx left the package outside my building despite having access to the door.
