I am still in disbelief ... just how easy, fast, accurate, technical, accessible, and way more affordable for the price paid. The last time I used ANOTHER translation service (2015), I paid 2.5 times as much, terrible technology, multiple errors, clunky work check between the provider and me. Showed the proofs to my wife and she was completely in awe ... turnaround time, accuracy, ease of communications. Sorry no books allowed BUT I will pass the word on RushTranslate -- worth the funds paid. Wish I could use you for translating documents which my attorney will cost me much for ... Happy customer.

My cousin recommended RushTranslate to me a few years ago, since then I have used their services on several occasions. They have always been very professional and efficient. The web site is really easy to use, under 24 hours turnaround and pricing is reasonable for the excellent service. My translated and notarized documents were accepted by immigration without problems. I'll give two stars because of the fast turnaround, but the actual translation was awful. I had a Japanese death certificate translated, as they advertise translations for death certificates. The first translation draft I was given had glaring errors which would've made the translated document unusable (such as an incorrect date of death in one field and a random date entered in what should be a blank field), along with multiple other smaller errors and inconsistencies. Look, I understand that Japanese to English is one of the hardest translations to do. That being said, a good translation should be context-aware, yet this one wasn't despite being for a very specific type of document (a death certificate). Words were literally translated as if run through a (not particularly good) online translator, but due to the context some of the word translations were strange at best, incorrect at worst. I happen to be fully bilingual with translating experience. If I weren't and had blindly accepted the first draft, I would've had issues trying to use the translated document later due to the scope and magnitude of the errors. They're fast, relatively affordable, and responsive to review requests, but I would never recommend this service to anyone. The price just isn't worth the headache, considering how I ended up retranslating large chunks of the document myself as part of the review. Maybe they're better for easier language pairs (like Spanish to English), but they clearly can not handle more difficult translations.

Excellent translation with quick turnaround time

Overall process from uploading the document to getting digital copy, and finally certified notarized physical copy was seamless. I am very pleased with the turnaround time.

RushTranslate competently translated a German Government Document into English for me. They stayed very much below the 24h turnaround time and even completed a minor revision within a few hours. I'm very much satisfied with their professional service, can only recommend them and plan to use RushTranslate for other translation tasks should they arise.

Super quick turnaround for good quality translations!

I used their certified translation service twice for 2 different languages, and I was very satisfied. The turnaround time is very reasonable, pricing is very fair, and customer service is very good. They also sent me the translated file before the final completion for my review, I had some minor comments and they were very responsive and attentive to that.

The delivered translation was ok (just a minor mistake), but the turnaround time was very dissatisfying. I paid the express fee which said I would receive the translation within 12 hours. I told them it was urgent, I needed it to leave the country for my family member's funeral. I received the translation after pretty much 36 hours and only because I inquired about it the next day after placing the order. Of course they charged me the express fee without delivering this service.I didnt even receive an apology. I would not work with them again.

I was skeptical at first because it was a google ad that lead me to RushTranslate, but all my doubts were completely wiped out shortly after I finished my order. They were very quick to tell me there was a minor issue with my request, and helped me resolve it just as fast.
