As mentioned via email, signatures on the source document are correctly noted as "[Signature]" on the translation and it would be improper to use software to copy/paste the original signature into the translation. Please know that the end user for the certified translation will fully expect it this way and you will not have any issues with the translation being accepted. I was very, very pleased with the rapid and professional translation service provided by RushTranslate. I needed a Chinese birth certificate translated into English so it could be included in a student's high school registration package. The school officials were about to take a summer break and I didn't have much time to prepare the submission for their review. I found RushTranslate on the internet and decided to give them a try. In all honesty, I didn't expect such timely assistance, but I was definitely pleased. I was able to complete the submission package with the translated document and review it with the school registrar. Everything went very well and the school registrar was glad I had translated the birth certificate, since they would have had to translate it and that would have delayed approval of the registration package. So, give RushTranslate a try and I think you will be very happy that you did.

I needed my FBI background check and Apostille page translated for my digital nomad permit. Rush Translate provided the best price of all the services I compared it with. I have paid for notarized translation for my order and received the certified translation but it did not come certified. I have reached out 4 times and am just given link to where order is complete but still no notarized letter with it

Loved it. At first I was kind of unsecure of uaing the services because was not familiar with not talking to someone before. However I'm glad I took the risk because they deliver a great work, and service was impecable. I have submitted three different papers - two personal letters and one medical document. There were mistakes in each of the 3 papers. First paper - they missed two sentences (???). Second paper - the title is wrong. Third paper - they added (???) 6 words that were not there in the original at all. I just don`t get how it can be possible - looks like there is no supervision, one person poorly translates papers and immediately sends them to me, I guess. Let alone the fact that the service is not the cheapest or the quickest. I would not recommend it at all unless you are okay with getting translation twice later than expected because they need to fix mistakes.

To begin, your website gave me an option of Notary for $19.95. Then, I get contacted that notary is only in Kentucky (website says valid in all 50 States)... bummer. It also took a series of 8 email back and forth for your team to actually start working on my order... another bummer. Lastly, I believe that a company should have a stance of consistency, and unfortunately this was not the case in this order... (reference Order #99228-4780797 and how much better the final document looked)... Very disappointed.

As we mentioned in the emails (and also on the website), our Notaries Public are commissioned in Kentucky because that is where our fulfillment office is located. The notarization is indeed valid in all 50 states. However, in the event an apostille is required, it must be obtained from the state that has commissioned the Notary. In this case, that would be the state of KY. Apostilles carry universal acceptance by all countries party to the Hague Convention, regardless of where they originate. Further, the state of KY is now providing e-Apostilles so the process has been greatly simplified and the costs, greatly reduced. Regarding the consistency, both of your orders were done in an approved manner and by long tenured, professional translators. If you have any doubts or feel anything is incorrect, we encourage you to submit a revision request and it will be routed to the translator to review and apply edits, as appropriate.
