The translation was good, but I had to provide around 6-7 items to improve (~4 of them were fairly obvious in my opinion).

very very disappointed with the Chinese to English translation service. my document was a birth certificate with 98% content in English. it was literally only few words and one address needed to be translated to English. the translator changed the English in my original document, and after I submit a revision with the request" please do not change the original English in the birth certificate", they send a revised version still changed 3 places. the translation makes sense still, just do not understand why has to change the original English even after been asked not to.  they send the documents back very fast though.  the order-making process on the website is easy too. 

The quality of the translation is perfect. However, the requested hard copy was never sent as per the USPS tracking system.

The translation was done very fast and even though there were a couple hiccups with some dates (which is something the site warns you about anyway) the revisions were done just as fast, and even when I myself made an error concerning the translation reviews they pointed it out and I was able to have my document ready correctly and fast. Would use this service again.

This service was quick and accurate . I was not in the rush for document translation but needed in near future so didn't matter when it arrived. I liked flexibility of taking a picture of the document with a smart phone where detail and quality of a picture is amazing so it saved me a lot of time on finding a place to do it in person .

I've received a certified translation of my diploma after half an hour via email (with Expedited Turnaround). In addition, the document was translated with a thesis title that I suggested in the Notes section (based on the current academic literature). Be careful when ordering special optional services! - Response from the RushTranslate support: "[...] Adding shipping service can indeed cause a delay to the completion of the order. We only finalize orders that include optional services such as notarization or shipping 3x during the day, Mon-Fri. By contrast, orders that do not include those optional services are finalized immediately upon completion, 7 days a week. [...]" 10/10 - My new default translation service.

Very quick, affordable and easy to use service. The only minor detail I could mention as 4-star, rather than 5-star would be, that the formatting of my driver's license translation was slightly off. Other than that, no complaints!

Quick, reliable and accurate. I started the process on Thursday 11/14 - had my initial translation on Saturday 11/16 and received my notarized version today, Monday 11/18!! This is my to go translation service and on top of a great service and being true to their promise, they are also affordable!  I have seen translator services being priced at 300-400$ for a 5 page translation. Excluding the notarization. Tbh if I ever have to work with anyone again it will be RushTranslate. This id my second document I have received in high speed and well priced service and I am more than satisfied!

Service is good and fast but if you do not ask for notarized copy, you do not have  an option to review and therefore if mistakes are made (even if from RushTranslate side) you dont have any option to rectify them.
