An AILA member recommended "RUSH." Thank you for the quick and accurate translation work. I received the translations a day earlier than expected for a crucial RFE filing. We will use RUSH again. The service is cost effective and the expedite commitment exceeded expectation. The portal delivery is very helpful and efficient and it was great to have a person (presumably NOT AI) to interact with. We had never used RUSH before so needed a bit of extra information about how the system worked and what to expect. We appreciate the help and will RUSH again.

Very nice service, however, I needed to submit three revisions due to inaccuracies in the translated document. Each revision delayed the process.

Great service. Just took out one star because I had to request a revision resulting in a one day delay in obtaining the translation. The quality of translation was really good except the unwanted mistake which caused the revision.

I have used this service for the first time. The website was very easy to use and the information provided was clear. There were some smaller mistakes in the first translation but the issue was quickly resolved and the tranlation was compleated within two days.

I went back and forth for hours over a week's time span pointing out various grammatical errors, misspelled names, punctuation and typos. I expected more attention to detail, full sentences and less robotic translations. A positive is that they are open to receiving feedback. I also liked their revision process and the easy to use format of their web pages. Thankfully, the translations were accepted by the Dept of State which is a step up from the other similar companies that I have tried.

The translation was fast and the process of ordering was very easy. However the translation was not accepted by Minnesota DMV. So all in all it did not work.

The service was very quick and responded to my comments. However, I had to propose a lot of revisions based on wrong grammar and direct translation to English. Basically I could have done this the same way with google translate and gotten similar results. I needed an official certificate of authentication so that wasnt an option. The translator took all of my comments, corrected them immediately and I appreciate that, I just dont see why its needed. I would expect an official translation, which I need for official business, to be fluent in English and make the text in English logical and professional. There was no attention to details and I had to correct very obvious mistakes.
