This was my first time using an online translator and must admit to feeling cautious. I am proficient in the language I needed and had a good understanding of the document submitted. Because that document would require my signature and was binding, I needed to be sure I had not missed a nuance in the translation. Rush Translate was a huge help. Uploading was easy, my quote was ready in minutes and my translation in less than 12 hours. I noticed a minor flipping of two accurately translated sentences and requested a revision so the flow would be in perfect order. My revised copy was available within hours and still well within the 24 hour turnaround. RushTranslate’s version was a significant improvement from my attempt, and they did catch a nuance I missed. For that I am very thankful!

Very responsive completion of a challenging request to translate handwritten parts of documents. My RushTranslate contacts were easy to communicate with and provided useful feedback that added to the quality of my translation request. When one document proved too difficult to complete, the translator informed me and the company readily refunded the charge for that page. I would definitely use them again if I have further needs. Their price was very competitive with another company estimate I pursued.

Names spelled wrong on the translated document, even a date was wrong. I'm glad I noticed it before I use it. No good for an official and legal document. I saw the mistake and requested a revision. Service is good, they fixed it for me.

We needed a birth certificate translation for our US wedding license. The Rush Translate service worked perfectly for us. It was quick and easy. We received constant updates by email, and the final document was well-translated and professional-looking. My only complaint is that they don't seem to give discounts for pre-translating the document, as other translation websites do, but other than that, I'm 100% satisfied! I tried several ones, ASAP, USCES etc. Rush is the best of all I tried. I think Rush has a well established system, so I do not have to teach these guys how to organize documents so that different revisions mixed up! I had terrible experience with USCES, still trying to reach them for my old order. They are terrible as they sent me my order without notarization but promised to do so. Rush is responsive and quick. They are with you until you are fully satisfied with your order. They even applied a first time discount to my 1st order. I would definitely recommend Rush for their professional work!
