Misspellings of names even though I made specific comments about each name tenses in document kept changing and made everything confusing very fast turn around rate 5/5

Totally a truly life safer. I was on deadline to submit my enrollment paperwork as a new college student and rush translate really helped me! Very responsive completion of a challenging request to translate handwritten parts of documents. My RushTranslate contacts were easy to communicate with and provided useful feedback that added to the quality of my translation request. When one document proved too difficult to complete, the translator informed me and the company readily refunded the charge for that page. I would definitely use them again if I have further needs. Their price was very competitive with another company estimate I pursued.

Names spelled wrong on the translated document, even a date was wrong. I'm glad I noticed it before I use it. No good for an official and legal document. I saw the mistake and requested a revision. Service is good, they fixed it for me.

We needed a birth certificate translation for our US wedding license. The Rush Translate service worked perfectly for us. It was quick and easy. We received constant updates by email, and the final document was well-translated and professional-looking. My only complaint is that they don't seem to give discounts for pre-translating the document, as other translation websites do, but other than that, I'm 100% satisfied! Thanks to their dependability, I would use them in the future for any certified translation needs.

I tried several ones, ASAP, USCES etc. Rush is the best of all I tried. I think Rush has a well established system, so I do not have to teach these guys how to organize documents so that different revisions mixed up! I had terrible experience with USCES, still trying to reach them for my old order. They are terrible as they sent me my order without notarization but promised to do so. Rush is responsive and quick. They are with you until you are fully satisfied with your order. They even applied a first time discount to my 1st order. I would definitely recommend Rush for their professional work!

While the service has a bit of a rocky start, I was very comforted in knowing the quality of service I received and the understanding the company gave me after a bit of a discrepancy over the price. Wow I was surprised at how well my translations went. I sent 3 docs off got them back within 20 hours of sending my docs. I had to do a correction but I had it back with the correction in another hour. The work was perfect. I have to thank all my Thai friends that highly recommended this company.

The ordering process was simple. My translation was ready for review less than 24 hours later. It was an efficient process. I also ordered the paper copy so I could provide that for USCIS if necessary and it arrived securely in a priority mail envelope within days. I would gladly use this company again. I did not see any errors in the translation and it puts my mind at ease.

I appreciate the promptness of your quote and translation work. Also the cost was very reasonable, particularly because I am English/Spanish bilingual and find it irksome to have to have someone else do a translation when I could have done it myself.. However, I was disappointed to find errors in the translation of simple words. Response to edit requests was also prompt.
