Dear RushTranslate - your company recently completed multiple translations for our firm, all of which were well done and finished in a timely manner.  I have only one complaint, the translation I received today for order ending in 7675, pages 1, 2 and 4 were duplicates.  Since I don't read or speak Croatian I could not have known this when I submitted the document for translation, but I would expect the translator would identify and notify me that there were duplicate pages so that I didn't have to pay for the same page translated 3 times.  Please note this for future projects that we rely on you to inform us of these types of issues.  Thank you, Cindy McClelen

Translation was perfect and accurate. 

This is my second time using this RushTranslate services. I recently ordered a translated birth certificate for my mom from Indonesia to English. In less than 24 hours, I got the email that the document is ready for review and as soon as I approved the translation, the next morning, I received an email saying that both the translation and notarization of the document is completed. Considering I don’t speak the language of the original document it appears the translation is correct. I will know more after we visit the civil surgeon. But overall your services are invaluable to folks that are trying to get documents translated and don’t have a lot of time to deal with finding someone local that they can do this face-to-face. I will definitely come back if the need arises. Thank you for your services

Awesome work on medical translation! Spot on and quick!

We used RushTranslate in order to have a press release for a prestigious Humanitarian Award translated into Arabic. We chose the service for it's quick 24 hours turnaround. However, before sending out the press release to our media lists, I ran it by a few of my colleagues in Jordan who are fluent in Arabic. They reported that there were many grammatical errors -- and that it looked like it came out of Google Translate. Very disappointing and we won't be using this service again.

I'm not happy with the translation to Spanish.  I am a fluent Spanish speaker and when I read the translation I could tell that the translator did not put in the time to capture the essence of the original document (English). It appears that Google translate was used. I didn't request a rewrite because I didn't have the time.

The document turn around was very fast and convenient, however the quality was not great this time, there were some editing issues and missing lines on the document that I had to request to be changed. Netherless to say the return was very fast!

Was the best traslation service I found so far

Great service. Got everything well done, my requests respected and in a timely fashion.

The translation is good and the response is fast. But I'm so disappointed at USPS which lost track of the shipment and delay for more than 3 days and so far it still says, "It is currently in transit to the next facility" but it's not delivered yet. It would be good to have other non-USPS shipment option.

Excellent! Great turn around for a time-sensitive project. Was able to have it completed within the estimated 24 hours. Will use them again in the future and recommend to others.

Don't use this website!!!!! I normally don't write reviews but this time I think I need to. I want to translate my documents to use. I search and found this site that has so many reviews and all good plus on the website said "guarantee" so I trusted and use their service.  I use their service to translate 4 documents which $112.74.  I got it 3 days later on the mail because I want hard copy to use in the future. I think it will look more official but if you don't need hard copy, then the work will be done in 48 hrs.  3 days later, I got it and I very disappointed. It's look like I did it myself. Stamp look so fake. The signature looks okay but I can sign it myself too. It looks unprofessional. I use many translation service so many times but this time its really really horrible. I contact them but they don't take any responsible and they said it was my responsible to know what I use it for and know the requirement of the place I go to. All I asked them is stamp and signature on every pages but NO, they don't even to that for me.  The bottom line is  Please save you money and go to another service.

I can’t applaud Rush Translate’s customer service enough. I was a difficult client to work with as there were so many documents and additional services that I needed, and they handled it and me beautifully. So happy to have trusted them with this important project and I will continue to trust them in the future. 

Incredibly quick and the quality of the translation was perfect.

Very good  quality of paper and good transportation and quick shipping. Good service.  I have a question: Do I need to put a photo on the empty square say picture? If needed I don't have the same picture with the original one.   Thanks a lot.
