I was really impressed that I got the first translation in about 5 hours. But unfortunately, there was an obvious mistake in it, the name of city and district were misplaced. The final revised translation came in after 11 hours, a bit later than I expected because it was sample modification with my specific comments, but I still got everything in 24 hours. Generally, I am happy with the result and service.

I used to translate with couple of translations firm, and I was not really satisfied either with the quality of their work, or services standard, this time I decides to try another firm and I googled Rushtranslate, and I read their terms and conditions, uploaded the document I received in no time a very competitive rates compared to other firms I used to deal with, the time frame for finishing the job was 24 hours from receiving the work, I sent the document around 1:00 PM and surprisingly I found out that the translation in my inbox at 4:00 am on the same day... I would say it was a good experience. The document came in after the 12 hours, which was the expedited target. Compared to other services I shopped, the price was very reasonable. It was more like 21 hours turnaround. The accuracy seems to be there regarding the translation. Overall I'm grateful for the service. A token gesture regarding the turnaround time would be nice. When it comes time, I will definitely use this service again and tell the consulate about it.

The work was great and suited the purposes.
The website is really easy to use. I had 19 pages to translate which is a lot. They were able to get met the initial translation within the estimated 3 days. It wasn't perfect and missed a few pages, but they were able to do the revisions within a day. My order was probably not the easiest since it involved informal chat messages with a lot of slang and abbreviations. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the order.

The missing fields should not be the case in my opinion. The translation for the same words is not consistent even though they are on the same page.

Great website explained all i needed, good price but had to send translation of my BC for revision twice so far with 5 different things(typos , untranslated words , incorrect numbers)..just wish they would go over every word before they send it ...i feel like im doing someones else work for them...and i have to pay for it ...
