I would have given 5 stars but, the last name was spelled incorrectly and I had to resubmit the correct spelling of the names. A couple of hours later the documents came back with the correct spelling of the names.

I had to get a birth certificate translated from farsi to english and the job was done very quickly, very professionally and to my first apparent glance, without any typos or errors. The company was also kind of enough to reach out and tell me that one of the charges I had added to my order was not necessary for the job I needed and refunded me immediately. Great experience getting translations from RUSH. They made small errors on both of the documents I sent, but corrected it quickly, and I had my certified translated documents within 2-3 days. And this was without paying extra for quicker service.

I needed to translate some documents in ********** and was charged for the service. After the work was completed, the translators realized that since my documents were from ********** and not what I requested, certified documents required official documentation from the same country. They then informed me that they would not provide any refunds, despite the significant financial and emotional distress this caused me. This wouldn't be accepted by ***** at all. They would want me to send it to have it rejected to get the refund. My heart is broken.I feel very disappointed and angry about this experience.
