I was in need to translate a birth certificate. Service was excellent, but not the translation. Quality of the translation was below average, there were a lot of mistakes of word conjugations accompanied with several typos. Formatting was off in a few places. The text was not accurate. Although, the first translated version came within 24-h time frame, it seemed that someone simply google-translated the certificate. After my edits and suggestions, they were simply changed in the document. Not sure if I would use RushTranslate services again.

The customer service is very good but the quality of the work is lacking. I have had numerous documents translated by RushTranslate that are, well...rushed. I find various typos and usually the formatting is off. I also find, on occasion, that the translator has difficulty translating legal terms from Spanish to English.

This was an extremely quick and quality turnover for the document that I needed. I needed an emergency certified translation for my drivers license from English to Hungarian in less than 24 hours, which was produced in half that time even from halfway across the world. I had asked translators for their services in the country I was currently in, and their turnover time was 4 days. I am very thankful for Rush translate and for their quality of service. Although this was only for a small document, I'm sure they would produce the same quality for larger documents.

Based on what a Somali-speaking colleague suggested, things looked good. There were two minor typos, but we were able to easily address that, and one of these was quickly addressed directly by the translator when I requested a revision. There are two ways that I think RushTranslate can improve its online user interface, which I think would help moving forward:  1) include more updates about what's happening with the translation (has it been assigned? is the translation itself in process?) I felt a little in the dark about whether the "estimated" time it would take to complete it would work out, so it would have put me a bit more at ease to have these updates. 2) make it clearer how to request revisions on the page we are routed to when you notify us that the translation is complete. I ended up emailing about this, and it worked fine and your team was very responsive and quick, but it would be helpful for workflow if that were more obvious on the website.  Thanks for your quick and high-quality work on the translation!

This was maybe the most amazing experience I've had in all my travels.
