I would highly recommend Rush Tanslate for any translation documents you have.  They will work with you until you are completely satisfied.  I even requested if they couldn't read a word/name to put in whatever letters they could make out, which they did, and I was able to fill in the blanks (it was relative to a genealogical document).  Their customer service is great too!

I am very thankful for the quality of your service.  Not only was the quality excellent, the price was reasonable and the turnaround was very fast.  My constructive feedback would be to somehow make it clearer at the beginning that supporting documentation (such as my own translations) could be uploaded together with the documents to be translated.  Somehow I missed that and it took me a couple tries to get it figured out. Thank you.  I know where to come the next time I need translations, and I'll be sure to recommend you.

The translator left the top of their template at the top of this document. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but this could have caused issues with the court submission. I recommend using a checklist for this sort of thing to make sure template material is not kept in the final translation. Thanks!

Very impressed with Rushtranslate and their services with translating my documents for immigration purposes.  I know people have complained about paying more then what they get quoted but people have to realize that you are quoted a price for standard amount of words and then you pay. Once the accurate amount of words are checked by an actual person then you pay the difference if you go over the 250 words per page. I E-mailed Rushtranslate voicing my concerns over what I paid and the speed I expected to receive my documents which Rushtranslate responded back to me very promptly. Not only did that make me feel like a valued customer and that I was working with real people not some kind of Robot or Scam. I sent a second E-mail asking about something else and they attentively responded back assuring my concerns were addressed. Final results were delivered which you are given a chance to review and make changes if you aren't happy with anything. Then you send it back and they deliver your final results for you to easily download at home. Amazing, VERY fast service. I've now had several documents translated from Brazilian Portuguese to English through Rush Translate. We were on a very tight timeline, and they really delivered! For each document, I received a draft of the translation within a few hours. In only one of the drafts did I find an incredibly small and insignificant typo, and they have a great system for requesting edits. After submitting my notes about the draft edits, they returned with the corrected document within a few hours. Overall, the process was less than twenty four hours every time. I needed a couple of documents translated, I had them in two different languages -  Slovenian and German. They were very quick when it comes to replying to emails or calls, which was amazing because I needed the translations ASAP. I did the expedited turnaround, which was supposed to take around 24 hours, but it unfortunately took longer - almost three days, I am guessing because placed and order on Friday. Other than that, very quick and professional, good customer service! Would definitely recommend.

The quality of the translations leave something to be desired though which I think is simply a consequence of being super quick, but revisions are also quick and for no additional cost. The translations from English to Italian were on point and turned around in 24hours. The service was impeccable. Since a number of certificates must be standard, I assume they have templates that they use to be so quick. I had to review and correct the date on one of the document which was wrongly copied.  So I would recommend anyone not to overlook the checking of data. Overall very satisfied with their service.
