So upset with this order, my first one was better. This one needed multiple revisions, and took a long time. The translator wasn't paying attention to the markups. At the end I got the "your order is complete" link with old revisions & un-notarized documents in it. My other order was way more complicated with handwritten documents and had been done on time with excellent quality, and one review only.

English to Russian
Notary public is translated as государственный нотариус, not публичный нотариус. Also, all documents have partial seals which were missing in all translations. I basically had to redo everything myself.

Honestly, at first, I was not really sure about the quality of the translation because I was concerned that the University I was applying to might have rejected my translated transcript. Thank you, the translation was as accurate as expected, the turnaround time is reasonable, and the customer support people are responsive and helpful. I got the correction I needed to the commercial quote as I had a mistake in the page counts because I uploaded the source and the reference files at the time of quoting and I got the refund quickly after completing the order and contacting the customer support regarding the correct number of pages and characters' count.
