Great service and good quality of the translations, although I'm going to be honest, paying $45 to get a page of <100 words translated and stamped is way too much. Did it because of urgency but would not recommend fo anyone based on that price. Let's say $25 is acceptable, but charging $20 for including an "official translation" page that takes 5 seconds to attach is not ok. Hope this helps you guys =)

The service was clear, helpful and very speedy. I received responses to every email within a few minutes.  The website was easy to navigate and I had multiple options for sending my documents.  Most of all, the translations were done accurately, fast and the documents I received were professional looking. On the five point scale I wish I could change the quality of the translation to a ten.

Ok. I am totally impressed with the work of this business. I was super skeptical at first because when it comes to confidential documents, most of the time I do not feel comfortable doing anything online; however, I need these three documents translated from Spanish to English asap. I chose the digital delivery and they gave me a turnaround of 24 hours and I think it was less than that and if not was so on point. I received the email with the order completed this morning and I just found out that one of the documents was the wrong one and I explained this to them by email they said that if it bear similarity they would submit it for revision. I was expecting another 24 hours delay, guess what? RushTranslate did the translation of that new document at no additional charge and replied right back in another email along with a minor error fixed in one of the other documents. I am simply satisfied and totally impressed with the great service and outstanding quality of this business work. You earned a new customer that will make sure to spread the word of your excellent business performance. Thank you so much!

This was the first time that I used Rush Translate services, I submitted a Birth Certificate for translation and the quality of the translation provided was not as good as expected. The service was good though and the website was easy to use. I was able to submit comments regarding corrections for the translation and the time of response was approx 24 between every correction. I got my final translation notarized in a week.  For the initial translation they changed my city of birth and made 12 more mistakes. Then I requested the correction and enclosed the PDF document with annotations, but they only corrected 2 errors of the 12 that I had requested. The second correction still had a few errors and finally, they sent the correct translation on the third attempt. Luckily I am very fluent in both languages and I managed to detect the critical errors, e.g. book number and city of birth. However, I think about users who are not fluent in English, because they are jeopardizing that their immigration procedures would be delayed due to an incorrect translation.  In addition, this website doesn't guarantee that their translations are going to be accepted by USCIS. I checked online and there are other companies that offer you a 100% acceptance rate by USCIS or they give you back your money. Next time I am going to spend a few more dollars and try a company that has more compromise with their customers.  In conclusion, the price was good, the website was user-friendly and the waiting time was acceptable, but the quality of the translation wasn't as good as expected.

Easing to use, easy to communicate, and high quality translation.

Rushtranslate did a very fast job on a translation of a birth certificate and Divorce decree from Dutch into English. It was delivered within 12 hours. Perfect Service and Quality. 

The service was quick and on time. 1. There were various spelling mistakes. The final.form which i missed the main name of the person, which was written on the original form in English was misspelled! My lawyer caught the mistake. 2. There were numerous errors I had to send back for edit. 3. The quality of translation was terrible, the English barely made sense. Almost seemed like they used an language translation app and not people.

RushTranslate provided great service overall - support team was quick and responsive and the website is easy to use. The quality of the translation was good, but there were small mistakes that could have been avoided and thus saved me time from doing a couple of revisions. I was in need to translate a birth certificate. Service was excellent, but not the translation. Quality of the translation was below average, there were a lot of mistakes of word conjugations accompanied with several typos. Formatting was off in a few places. The text was not accurate. Although, the first translated version came within 24-h time frame, it seemed that someone simply google-translated the certificate. After my edits and suggestions, they were simply changed in the document. Not sure if I would use RushTranslate services again.

The customer service is very good but the quality of the work is lacking. I have had numerous documents translated by RushTranslate that are, well...rushed. I find various typos and usually the formatting is off. I also find, on occasion, that the translator has difficulty translating legal terms from Spanish to English.

This was an extremely quick and quality turnover for the document that I needed. I needed an emergency certified translation for my drivers license from English to Hungarian in less than 24 hours, which was produced in half that time even from halfway across the world. I had asked translators for their services in the country I was currently in, and their turnover time was 4 days. I am very thankful for Rush translate and for their quality of service. Although this was only for a small document, I'm sure they would produce the same quality for larger documents.
