The quality was not professional at all. At least, spell check and native speaker check are should be done before sending the document to the customer.

I requested quotes from different services by the end of an afternoon and Rush Translate, went beyond my expectations, providing me a quote in about 15 minutes, even out of regular working hours. In addition their price was competitive, and they had good reviews, so I had no second thoughts in confirming my order. The service was completed in less than 24 hours and I requested a revision because of a number in one of the documents, because of the low quality of the image. I requested the revision, sent a better quality image and the correction was made quickly. In summary, in less than 48 hours I requested, corrected, approved and printed my documents. Excellent service! I highly recommend Rush Translate services.

I am very happy about their service-fast and in excellent quality. I requested two times of revising due to the unawareness of the spelling system matching with my name on my passport. They got back to me with a new revision next day, which is really fast. Hence, I recommend the business with them. 

The service is fast and reliable but the quality of translation mediocre. In one of the documents, the numbers were not transcribed correctly. Fortunately, there was no problem with a revision.

This is the third time I have used RushTranslate for USCIS purposes.   I am incredibly pleased with the quality of the translations and that the translation is indeed returned in the time promised.   I appreciate that when there was clarification required on the documents I was submitting, they emailed their questions within an hour or two of my submission.  This meant I still received my documents in a timely manner. Their service helped alleviate the stress of what is an extremely important step in submitting international documentation. I haven't had to request notarization, but I love that the option is available. Gives proof of their dedication to quality of service.  

Good translation quality and formatting of the deliverable within 24h. It's better to provide Technical/scientific terms yourself.

First of all, the communication and ease of use was excellent. However, the quality of the initial translation was terrible (clearly machine translated, and the English was completely grammatically wrong throughout, no review process went in), but they quickly responded, and redid the translation. However, the second version also had to be revised on multiple points, which they also revised.  Initially I paid for the expedited service, but in the end, it ended up taking a very long time.. They did refund the expedited fee from the initial fee though.  I do not know about the quality of their service in other languages, but I don't recommend using this service for Japanese/English.   

I have now used Rush translate service twice in my business and have been very pleased with the speed, quality and price of the service both times.  In short, they did what they said they would do even quicker than the promised time frame!  I"ll continue to use them for any translation needs I have.
