RushTranslate provided a good quality service in a very short amount of time. It was a bit pricey however well worth it because of the importance of the documents, the time that I required them and the quality of the translation. The documents were translated and notarized in a matter of three days and in my inbox ready to go. I recommend highly recommend these guys, I will be using them again whenever in need of a proper translation.

I found Rush Translate  online while searching for someone to translate some business documents from English to Spanish. While the quality of the translation was excellent, and the review process was painless, the turnaround time estimate was WAY off. I paid an extra $14.95 for expedited processing, which was supposed to reduce the turnaround time from 24 hours to 12. But, all-in-all, it took about 40 hours to receive my final translation. While I did request a certified translation and needed one revision (which I submitted withing the hour of having received the first draft), the estimator apparently did not take these into account, which was disappointing, since time was of the essence to me. I would certainly use and recommend this service again, but with the caveat that it will take much longer than advertised.

I needed an official translation of my driving license from French to English and I’m more than happy with what they have done. The work has been done very quickly and very professionally. It took me some time to finalize my order because I’m not always trustful in internet but I have no regrets and highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Rush Tanslate for any translation documents you have.  They will work with you until you are completely satisfied.  I even requested if they couldn't read a word/name to put in whatever letters they could make out, which they did, and I was able to fill in the blanks (it was relative to a genealogical document).  Their customer service is great too!

I am very thankful for the quality of your service.  Not only was the quality excellent, the price was reasonable and the turnaround was very fast.  My constructive feedback would be to somehow make it clearer at the beginning that supporting documentation (such as my own translations) could be uploaded together with the documents to be translated.  Somehow I missed that and it took me a couple tries to get it figured out. Thank you.  I know where to come the next time I need translations, and I'll be sure to recommend you.

The translator left the top of their template at the top of this document. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but this could have caused issues with the court submission. I recommend using a checklist for this sort of thing to make sure template material is not kept in the final translation. Thanks!

Very impressed with Rushtranslate and their services with translating my documents for immigration purposes.  I know people have complained about paying more then what they get quoted but people have to realize that you are quoted a price for standard amount of words and then you pay. Once the accurate amount of words are checked by an actual person then you pay the difference if you go over the 250 words per page. I E-mailed Rushtranslate voicing my concerns over what I paid and the speed I expected to receive my documents which Rushtranslate responded back to me very promptly. Not only did that make me feel like a valued customer and that I was working with real people not some kind of Robot or Scam. I sent a second E-mail asking about something else and they attentively responded back assuring my concerns were addressed. Final results were delivered which you are given a chance to review and make changes if you aren't happy with anything. Then you send it back and they deliver your final results for you to easily download at home. Amazing, VERY fast service. I've now had several documents translated from Brazilian Portuguese to English through Rush Translate. We were on a very tight timeline, and they really delivered! For each document, I received a draft of the translation within a few hours. In only one of the drafts did I find an incredibly small and insignificant typo, and they have a great system for requesting edits. After submitting my notes about the draft edits, they returned with the corrected document within a few hours. Overall, the process was less than twenty four hours every time.
