Website was easy to use and comments/revisions were addressed in a timely manner. Discount was received when first draft did not contain translation of all text. However, the quality of the translation was not what I had expected. Once all text was translated, there were many grammatical errors, misspellings, sentences which did not make sense. If there had been a reviewer who had gone over the translation before it was sent out, most of these would probably have been addressed. For the amount of time I had to spend doing what a reviewer should have done and the amount it cost, my overall experience would be rated less than average.

Excellent service! I was so nervous because I didn’t have a lot of time to submit my translated documents. On top of the short time I had I chose the wrong translation type, but as soon as I contact them about it they called me back and fix the issue with any problems. I am so thankful that I found them!

The documentation I sent in was for a birth certificate and it was translated as a record of divorce. This document is being used for immigration purposes and if I didn’t thoroughly go through the document, this could have possibly caused question. Although I received the revision on a timely manner, it’s disappointing to know that I had to correct the translator.

Amazing! Very professional and prompt with their delivery. I was worried that I would not have the translation I needed regarding a legal document in time for a passport renewal of my youngest child.
