I have paid for notarized translation for my order and received the certified translation but it did not come certified. I have reached out 4 times and am just given link to where order is complete but still no notarized letter with it

Very quick, and accurate service. In my case, one of the documents contained several different rows and columns containing various bits of information, and the translation included an exact replica of the rows and columns with the headers and contents accurately translated! I was impressed!

I have submitted three different papers - two personal letters and one medical document. There were mistakes in each of the 3 papers. First paper - they missed two sentences (???). Second paper - the title is wrong. Third paper - they added (???) 6 words that were not there in the original at all. I just don`t get how it can be possible - looks like there is no supervision, one person poorly translates papers and immediately sends them to me, I guess. Let alone the fact that the service is not the cheapest or the quickest. I would not recommend it at all unless you are okay with getting translation twice later than expected because they need to fix mistakes.

To begin, your website gave me an option of Notary for $19.95. Then, I get contacted that notary is only in Kentucky (website says valid in all 50 States)... bummer. It also took a series of 8 email back and forth for your team to actually start working on my order... another bummer. Lastly, I believe that a company should have a stance of consistency, and unfortunately this was not the case in this order... (reference Order #99228-4780797 and how much better the final document looked)... Very disappointed.

Very quick response and quality work.

I am somewhay satisfied with the translation. I needed these translations for an immigration case. This is very important to me and I wanted the work to be done right. Immigration returned for lack of information. I need the TRANSLATOR'S CERTIFICATION. I have spent quite a little bit of money with immigration in addition to fees paid for the translations and I do not want to get my case denied for imcomplete translations. Please, send me the missing Translator's Certification ASAP. Thank you!
