Very happy with the speed of the service and the quality of translation. I had to correct a few words on the translation of one of my documents and the revision process was extremely fast - I got an updated document within 30 minutes.

Based on what a Somali-speaking colleague suggested, things looked good. There were two minor typos, but we were able to easily address that, and one of these was quickly addressed directly by the translator when I requested a revision. There are two ways that I think RushTranslate can improve its online user interface, which I think would help moving forward:  1) include more updates about what's happening with the translation (has it been assigned? is the translation itself in process?) I felt a little in the dark about whether the "estimated" time it would take to complete it would work out, so it would have put me a bit more at ease to have these updates. 2) make it clearer how to request revisions on the page we are routed to when you notify us that the translation is complete. I ended up emailing about this, and it worked fine and your team was very responsive and quick, but it would be helpful for workflow if that were more obvious on the website.  Thanks for your quick and high-quality work on the translation!

This was maybe the most amazing experience I've had in all my travels. I was traveling on a last minute trip to Europe with no time to get a certified translation of my drivers license.  I was literally doing this all on the plane. Is a really useful website, they save you time and the translations have great quality. I've done it two or three times and it's been great, without have to do any extra process or waste your time going to a notary or something like that.

The translations were produced quickly. All responses for contact inquiries were responded to within an hour (during their hours of operation). Cannot be happier with their service. Translation was very quick and responses were prompt. More importantly, the translation was high quality and they also formatted the translated documents nicely.

I am not confident of the quality and accuracy of the translation. The translator did not appear to do any research on discovering the meaning of the term and it's use where the document was generated. 

I was “leery” of on-line commercial services but needed a prompt translation that was clear and obtained in 24 hrs for supporting a legal document to be used in Korea but notarized and Apostille certified in the US.   Rush translate delivered in less than 24 hrs and the certified translation accomplished the goal.  I feel the cost was reasonable for the quality and speed of service.
