The first draft of the translation of my Birth Certificate is so disappointing. There are missing information, typos, and a wrong digit. The formatting lacks structure and legibility. I sent it back awaiting a second draft... I shouldn't be the editor here. Do they not do any internal quality control? I can't even imagine the consequences if I don't speak English and all of the mistakes go unnoticed. It could be my luck. The last time I used the service it was great. I just hope the second draft looks good. I feel like grading a high school paper.

I was very impressed with the quality and speed of this service. I was looking for a notarized, certified translation service that offered a quick turn around but, I wasn't expecting it to be that fast. I placed my order on (which was very easy to do) around 9:26 am and immediately received a confirmation email.  For my big surprise, at 3:55pm on the same day, I received another email with the complete translation ready for my review.  Unfortunately, I only saw the email around 11pm and I quickly confirmed that everything was ok. By morning, at 5:45am to be exact, my document was ready to be printed. Now, THAT'S A QUICK SERVICE!  I am very relieved to have found a company which I can rely on. I paid $24.95 for the translation and  $19.95 for the notarization which is less than other companies are asking for, with a 4 to 6 days turn around. Well worth it! The quality is ok.  The translation was obviously not done by a native English speaker.  It had a " google translate" feel to it.  Some of the vocabulary was incorrect.  That being said, it got the job done and the price and speed were spot on.  In fact,  the speed was awesome.  I had three companies look at this and none of them could do it in less that 72 hours.

My comment on the quality:  Admittedly the Latin did not distinguish between "his" and "her," but from my name on the diploma it should have been obvious that I am a male.  If it had not been an extremely urgent requirement, I would have asked for a revision. My comment on the service: Having paid extra for what was promised to be an "approximately 12 hour"  service, I was disappointed to have to wait 15 hours or more.  Because of the need for the document in a country 10 hours ahead of my time zone, I stayed up duirng the night to receive the promised translation, which did not come until after 9 am on the East Coast.  By then, the office abroad that demanded the document to be translated had closed for the weekend.  If you do not provide service during your night time, declare it, please.  

I am very satisfied overall. The website is extremely easy to use. Regarding quality, while the first translation I received included 1 typo and 2 ommisions, after requesting a revision I received a corrected version in a few couple of hours. Thanks!!!

The translation of my tax return from English to Italian was precise, thorough and rapid; the cost was reasonable, and the quality of the report exceptional. As I am bilingual, I reviewed the fidelity of the translation carefully and in the entire document of 28 pages, I only found two minor omissions that upon request were promptly corrected. Service was fast and easy. Quality poor poor. Translator did not pay attention to comment history. Lot of clear mistake on the document translation. Marriage Certificate was translated as Birth Certificate. I attached almost the whole translation of my document, spent some time doing it and it was skipped at all by the person in charge of translating.
