Incredibly fast! My birth certificate was poorly handwritten and they made their absolute best to transcribe everything. Other angencies didnt even bother, they asked me to type it out. 100% would recommend them!

I am very pleased with the Rush Translate service and will plan to use this service again for all my translation needs. After receiving my translations and sending them up to the Secretary of State in Kentucky, I realized that I would probably need to have the cover page that explains it is a certified translation also in the target language. After contacting customer service they (for free) added the insert of the cover page certificate of translation into the target language and inserted it and changed the page numbers to include this. This service as well as the shipping is extremely fast. The revision was extremely fast. I have done business and interacted with many customer service individuals from many different companies. Personally RushTranslate has impressed me with the speed of their service as well as the quick response from customer service. Thinking that I would have to pay for all the translations again just to achieve the translated cover letter was daunting to me, although when they did this for free (just need to pay shipping for hard copy) I was completely convinced that this will be my 'Go To" company for any translation needs. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for translation services.

I used Rush Translate to translate three separate documents (total of five pages) for Immigration purposes, Slovak to English. I can't say enough positive remarks about this company and their service. Their response time, turn around time, and level of accuracy was nothing short of superb. They paid attention to every detail, even the document stamps. I required just minor corrections. The whole process of submitting documents for translation, reviewing and sending back for correction, and approvals was very easy. I did wait until I received my mailed hard copies before writing my review. They came signed and stamped. Prior to using them I did do a BBB search for piece of mind, as well as checked reviews (they do have a A+ rating with the BBB, which I was very pleased to find). I ordered a certified translation with notarization of my transcripts and my diploma for a graduate application.  The service was great, very quick and worked for my graduate application that requested a certified translation. I am very happy with the price and the service. However, there were some mistakes in my grades, some courses names and some other words, but they fixed them surprisingly quick. In conclusion, I think it is a very good service and I recommend it.

I love the speed in which the translation was completed. Please, pay attention to name and location while translating. I know that some writing are not easy to read since most are done by hands. Most locations and name were off and I need to stepped in to help. Also, some words were translate out of the context. Need to pay attention to the origin language context for future. I would be glad to assist in future for context translation from my original country. Great service in general. I would recommend to anyone in need of rush service. I was referred to RushTranslate after Rev.com (another translation website) shut down their certified translation services for USCIS documents. I ordered translations for two documents, which were both turned around within 24 hours for a reasonable price.
