English to Arabic
We used RushTranslate in order to have a press release for a prestigious Humanitarian Award translated into Arabic. We chose the service for it's quick 24 hours turnaround. However, before sending out the press release to our media lists, I ran it by a few of my colleagues in Jordan who are fluent in Arabic. They reported that there were many grammatical errors -- and that it looked like it came out of Google Translate. Very disappointing and we won't be using this service again.

This translation was completed by a professional Arabic translator. The use of Google translate (or any other machine translation) is strictly prohibited. If you feel there are parts of the translation that are incorrect, please submit a revision request from your order status page and it will be routed to the translator to review and apply edits, as appropriate. Thank you.

Don't use this website!!!!! I normally don't write reviews but this time I think I need to. I want to translate my documents to use. I search and found this site that has so many reviews and all good plus on the website said "guarantee" so I trusted and use their service. I use their service to translate 4 documents which $112.74. I got it 3 days later on the mail because I want hard copy to use in the future. I think it will look more official but if you don't need hard copy, then the work will be done in 48 hrs. 3 days later, I got it and I very disappointed. It's look like I did it myself. Stamp look so fake. The signature looks okay but I can sign it myself too. It looks unprofessional. I use many translation service so many times but this time its really really horrible. I contact them but they don't take any responsible and they said it was my responsible to know what I use it for and know the requirement of the place I go to. All I asked them is stamp and signature on every pages but NO, they don't even to that for me. The bottom line is Please save you money and go to another service.

The function of the Notary is to witness the signature on the certificate of translation accuracy. The notarization is an authentication of that signature. It is not appropriate for the Notary to notarize each page of the translation.

I would have been completely satisfied with this process, but after having paid almost $150 to rush order something, I receive my translated documents with a certification of translation accuracy that is not even translated. What good is the certification of accuracy if it isn't in the language that I am translating all my documents? Am i supposed to pay you guys to translate that as well. I could have done this myself, I was paying for proof that is was accurately translated from a certified translator. The people receiving these documents are not going to be able to read the certification. This is ridiculous

The Notary Public is only able to notarize in English, which is why the certificate of translation accuracy always remains in English by default. That said, we do offer a translation of the notarized certificate - inserted as page two of the document - upon request. Please find the revised file with the translated certificate available from the order status page.

realmente no me gusto que me cobrem 120 dólares mas por el Servicio, me senti muy mal con eso, porque decia una cosa en el site , y a la hora de hacer el servicio me salieron con outra cobranza, no me gosto para nada eso, pero como lo necessitava em ese momento, y ya havia pagado 200 dólares, tuve que obligadamente pagar el resto, pero olvidense que no los voy a recomendar a nadie, nunca, muy mala experiência. adios

The additional fee was because you requested to expedite the order. We quoted an additional amount of $119.60 for expediting the 8 pages and sent you a payment request. You processed the additional payment and we provided expedited turnaround service - per your request.

This translation was unfortunately not good. If a french person read it, they would easily see all the mistakes. Very dissapointing.

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the translation. Please contact us at support@rushtranslate.com to let us know what you feel is incorrect so we can help resolve. As a reminder, we offer a free and easy to use revision process to review and apply edits, as appropriate.

If I could give a ZERO I would. They missed the last name of both my parents on birth certificate!!!

Only the first names of parents are indicated in the birth certificate. The surnames are not mentioned so we are unable to add them in a certified translation.
Portuguese (Brazil) to English
This translation is full of mistakes and they refused to make a correction.

The translator provided you with a point-by-point explanation as to why she cannot accept the revisions you've requested. The main point though is that this is a certified translation so she must translate what the source document actually says and not what you would prefer it to say.

So upset with this order, my first one was better. This one needed multiple revisions, and took a long time. The translator wasn't paying attention to the markups. At the end I got the "your order is complete" link with old revisions & un-notarized documents in it. My other order was way more complicated with handwritten documents and had been done on time with excellent quality, and one review only.

My apologies, we did not understand your first revision request. Please find the revised translation available from the order status page.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have never seen a worse translation. Beyond unprofessional. The only possible explanation is that the person who translated this does not speak english. I have never seen a worse grammar and more typos. This could never be submitted to USCIS. NEVER.

The source material is text messages and they are full of typos and grammatical errors. A certified translation does not correct this; rather, they are accurately represented in the translated document. It would be improper to make the translation reflect something other than what is written in the source material and it could easily lead to rejection by USCIS. Please contact our support desk if you have questions or concerns.

Very stressful dealing with this company, but the attention to detail was the worst part. The translator didn’t include a vital part of the document and a few other items present on the source were not included I will not use or recommend this company to anybody. The quality of the translation was very VERY poor.

My apologies for the oversight, your revised translation is available from the order page.

I sent a first request to revision of my translate documents and they answer to me that they can not do anything more about it, I was requestind a 2nd review and they delete my request, The translation was a literally a word by word translation and they are not able to resolve the issues, I was requesting to change the Title of my bachelors career for other more close at the reality but they answered to me that they can not do that, Additionally after made a complete reviewe of my documents they have misktakes in some translation words. Please take your time to hire at this company or think 2 times before to do. I am very dissapointed with their services.

As discussed earlier, the revision you are requesting is not acceptable. We've had two translators review your request and both confirmed that it is not a true or accurate translation of the source material. We simply cannot falsify a translation for you. We are always happy to have translators review revision requests and they will be applied if they are appropriate, but that determination is made solely by the translator. Your review mentions you have other revisions you'd like to submit. We haven't received a request for those yet, please submit them at your earliest convenience.

They misspelled my first and last name ( no proofreading at all)! I was disappointed !

Your revision is complete. In the future please include the preferred spelling of names when you place the order - there is a field for that info during checkout! Thanks.

Super fast turnaround at responding to the revision request. Poor quality of translation. As noted on the revision, the first translation of the birth certificate (which should've been the one and only) was missing the date of birth and the place of birth.

Japanese to English
The translated document had several typos, such as my mother's name, and misspells. The format also did not look too professional: some titles were not capitalized.

My apologies for the errors, the revised translation is available from your order page.

Friend of mine said this is a good place to request translation. My first impression is not as good as hers. The birth date was translated incorrectly. HUGE mistake. I understand the other TYPO but not the birthday. I'm not sure how the process is but I think there should be a second person verifying the documents before sending to costumer.

Our sincere apologies for inputting a 6 rather than an 8 on the birthday. This has been corrected and your updated translation is ready for download. Thanks!

The translations are not exact. They need to be.

When translating into English it is standard practice to format the dates to the US standard (mm/dd/yyyy). Per your request we've formatted them as the source document with dd/mm/yyyy and you can download the updated files from your order status page.

Honestly I was very disappointed. I thought it was going to be a document that looks like the original but in english. What I got was a simple sheet of paper with a small portion of the information provided that I could have typed myself. This was supposed to be something to give employers to prove I completed high school, this won't work.

Certified translations only include basic formatting to ensure the reader can follow the source without issue. We do not attempt to replicate the original document exactly. Based on your expectation and intended use a certified translation doesn't not fit your needs. A general translation with additional formatting to replicate the source document is what you are after, but that is not a service we offer.
Spanish to English
The worst service ever!! Not only took forever to arrive but they were also very careless after I paid, they don’t answer questions if they are not the ones that are already preset.

Your translation was estimated to be completed in 24 hours. We completed it in 22 hours 27 minutes. Since you opted to have a physical copy an email was dispatched to you requesting approval of the translation at that time. We never received approval from you or a response to any of our follow up emails. We eventually shipped the order without approval since we could not get in contact with you. Our guess is that our emails were going to your spam folder since our email logs confirmed they were being received by your server. Since you didn't leave a phone number we had no other way to reach you. We sincerely apologize that you think we were providing you bad service as we were trying to do quite the opposite! I'd imagine if you check your spam folder you'll find all of our emails in there.
