They responded very quickly to my request and correspondence BUT SAID THEIR TRANSLATORS COULD NOT COMPREHEND CURSIVE WRITING!!! They wanted me to provide a typed version If ********** I would have used ****** translate. Anyway, they were not able to translate a document in Polish cursive handwriting. I do not recommend this company.

It's true - none of our Polish translators could read the handwritting from the source document that was from the 1860's. We are sorry we couldn't assist you in the translation because the document was not legible, a full refund was issued when the order was cancelled.

They did not translate a single word to my transcript. Charged me excessive amount of money for a one page transcript. Demanded a refund since not a single word was translated to my transcript and refund was rejected. I would not recommend using this service. Bad service experience.

Translation into English and evaluation of the credentials, and/or conversions of grades into are very different services that require different specialists. I was quite happy at first: the service personell seemed eager to help and even issued a refund spontaneously because the file was smaller than what I indicated and paid for. The price is also decent. Unfortunately my satisfation ends there: the document was translated without any care. I had to state what the correct translation for many terms was, I had to point out chunks of text that were out of place. I just submitted my 3rd revision request due to out-of-place text. Anyone that spent 2 minutes comparing the files and performing a quality check would realize things are out of place or just plain wrong. It would have been fine as an oversight in the first document, but a third time is too much for a professional getting paid to do this. Many sentences in the delivered file were incomplete, wrong, or had "pieces" of other sentences amidst other unrelated text. Unfortunately I needed to have a "certified translation", so I had to pay for this service which paired me with a translator that was clearly less able to do the job than me, the paying client. Overall disappointing, which is a shame.

I submitted two revisions and still had errors on the document at the third draft. Errors that were new and not on the previous 2 rewrites. I gave up and just approved the third draft with errors so I could just get done with the process. I will never use again.

Asked for my birth certificate to be translated, and I wasn't happy with the result. I sent a revised version to correct the errors and once again the translation was poorly done. (cut sentences, duplicates, word in the wrong places, wrong date of birth...) In the end,  I had to do it myself which is not ideal for an official document. Not worth the money!

I am really disappointed with your work. Literally, I should translate medical terms by myself and, eventually, your translator made a mistake which I mentioned. If I had opportunity to check the translation after my last letter, I would have found that mistake, but you did not let me to do that. Please, explain to your interpreter that "rector" and "head of education institution" are the different occupations, and send me the correct translation of the document (I am talking about diploma which was issued in 1998).

Absolutely ABYSMAL quality for the price I paid. The translator did not seem to have a good grasp of the French language or the French education system. There were countless mistakes and the name of my university was spelled two different ways on my diploma and transcripts. No refund (except for the notarization, which hadn't been completed yet). This company is a scam; look up an individual translator through the ATA database instead and ask for an example of their work.

The translation was terrible; I had to go through the whole document and revise it. It sounded like somebody put it in google Translate, as the sentences were fragmented. I paid extra for translation certification, but even that one was cheesy! Overall, low quality. Two stars only for their speed and overconfidence!

Sam, as already explained via email, you selected "signature required" when you placed the order but then refused delivery of the package when the shipper attempted to deliver. It would have been nice to receive my translated documents in individual PDFs since that is how they were uploaded instead of combined into one pdf. The translations also seem as if they were done with google translate and not a human actually translating this because the flow of the sentences do not make sense and it is more of a literal translation, overall I am not satisfied with the level of service I received and will probably seek translations elsewhere.

I am sorry to say but your translation from English to Serbian was terrible. It looks like you were using Google Translate. Misspelling of the names and addresses all over plus unacceptable grammar. My fault was that I had clicked the approval button by mistake before reading the translation. Anyway, I wouldn't have time to send you corrections back since I was in the rush. I am leaving the country tomorrow. I paid for expedited delivery but it seems that you've sent it by regular mail. I am just hoping I will receive it on time. I submitted three birth certificates for translation; my father's, my husband's, and mine. The translator is literally copying and pasting docs and made 6 errors in date of births, which are the most important information in a birth certificate. If I was not reading them carefully, I would have submitted incorrect info. A couple of examples: (1) I appeared as my husband's child because he/she copied my dad's birth certificate and forgot to correct numbers. (2) My husband's date of birth appeared in my birth certificate because he/she copied his for mine. I'm a customer of rush translate for years but HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

They translated everything just fine and very quickly except for one word. But that word was the biggest and most important word on the page, a stamp annulling the certificate of marriage. Language was Spanish. Word was MARGINADO, which means dismissed, rejected, or marginalized. Their translation was MARGINAL ANNOTATION, annotations in the margin.  So I sent them a cordial letter asking them to change the translation, which they did very quickly. I appreciated that. What I didn´t appreciate was their lack of culpability. I would have said, sorry or at least oops. I got nothing except a notification that my document was now ready. So I would characterize them as fast and sloppy. And incorrigible.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment. We do not write responses to revision requests unless the translator needs to explain why the requested edit is unable to be applied. In this case, the one word that needed to be edited (text in a faint stamp that was applied over other text in the document) was revised quickly, as you said. Not sure how this warrants a 1 star review.

Do not provide proper grammar and lied about being flexible with changes later.I  had to hire another company to redo the entire document and rush translate charged me for no good..That is why i like companies that provide translation Before they charge my credit card. m disappointed and will use another service for flexibility of legal language.

As of lately, some of the subcontractors try to cut the corners by combining several separate documents into one translation with one certification page.  Worse yet, very specific instructions to provide translation of separate documents in separate files with individual certification pages for each translated document are being ignored.

This is a preference that we leave up to the client and we are happy to make changes, as needed. Please don’t advertise that the turnaround time will be cut 50% if an additional cost is paid.  I paid  your fee of $14.95 to have 1 legal document translated with a notarized stamp and it took more than 24 hours.   You also fail to correct an error on your translation when I asked to be corrected.

We delivered the translation sooner than the estimated turnaround time. We sent you the translation to review 10 hours after the order was received but you didn't approve the notarization until 10.5 hours later. By that time, it was 7:30pm EST, well after when we can provide notarization service. Chinese (Simplified) to English

The Chinese-English translation service is extremely bad. They started to send us a translated document with my wife’s name incorrect. After we asking them to correct that typo, the they second document is still incorrect. Yes, my name on that document is also wrongly typed, I cannot believe it and cannot imagine what would happen if we carelessly submit those important materials to uscis.

There is no direct translation of names when translating ChineseEnglish. For this reason, we ask for you to provide the preferred spelling of names during checkout. You did not provide this information so the translator makes what amounts to an educated guess on the English spelling of the Chinese names. When we send the translation for your review, we specifically ask that you check the spelling of names, and if anything is incorrect, to submit a revision request from the order status page. You checked and found a name was spelled incorrectly, so we edited the document and sent it back to you less than 30 minutes later. You then submitted a second revision request for another name and we completed that within 30 minutes also. It is unfortunate that you feel disappointed in this service considering you ignored the request for preferred spelling of names which would have negated the need for revision requests and, even still, we completed the edits promptly, upon request. Dutch to English

I sincerely doubt that my translator was fluent in Dutch, let alone that they were a native speaker. A lot of the translated terminology from my academic transcripts felt weird or were off. In most cases, a simple Google search would have helped the translator to understand what the word meant in Dutch. A simple example was that the word "psychologie" was translated with "philosophy" even after I mentioned it in the revision request. Only after three revision requests - yes, three were needed because the translator did not read or apply my comments consistently - I was satisfied.  I could have translated my documents faster and better; the only reason I used your services is that I needed a certified translation. I would not recommend this service. RushTranslate might be one of the cheapest out there, but unfortunately, they live up to their name.

I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality of the documents translation I received. I found many different mistakes on it including my name, witness name and a few dates were wrong, after I detailed and reported everything that was wrong they fixed some of it and even after that I found the same mistakes (and English is not my first language). I sent my documents and payed more money to another company so I could be more confident about my documents translation. I wish I could get my money back because my experience was awful. Thank you!

They send incorrect traductions I pay $ 120  so I can have the documents delivered to my home, so they arrived and are all wrong. they want me to pay again for delivery so they can fix their error, if I could give 0 stars I would. The translation was completed within the estimated turnaround time of 3-4 days and the hard copies were delivered within the estimated turnaround of 1-2 days from when you approved the order. There was a delay of 2 days between when the translation was completed and sent for your review and when you approved the order to be finalized (notarized & shipped). I requested to get the translation for birth certificates and mentioned the names spelling and got different names. The quality is so bad.

When we presented this technical sheet to our German affiliates, they said it did not read well and was no good. We had to get it translated again from another company. Disappointed with the results. :(
