It is very simple to place an order, it couldn't be easier or better. The translations are fine as well. However, my translation got formatted very poorly and I just hope it gets accepted by my evaluation company and my University... I expected at least some structure, having paid 100$ for 4 pages.

There was a misspelling in the document that the translator did not catch, not even before being told how to correctly spell the name.

Had to ask for errors to be fixed multiple times. For the price that this costs you wouldn’t think there would be that many mistakes. 

The service provided to me regarding the translation of documents was very good. The documents were processed, sent for review, and revisions made promptly. As for the quality, I have not sent them to client yet but will let you know if they approved. I appreciate your facilitating this process.

Translations were adequate, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. However, documents were sent in a flimsy USPS envelope, and the documents were bent, and corners were creased. Paying over $200 for this service, I'd expect better shipping.

Honestly really unimpressed with the whole process. First translation was poorly formatted. I had to significantly pressure the service team for a fair price to redo it. They redid it but did not pay attention to which file to translate, resulting in another revision needed. I am glad the service team was responsive to my emails enough to redo it but the quality has been poor throughout this process. 

Use their services in the past and for the same page I was charged double this time. 

Thanks for your excellent translation. I hope if you mention the number of words that are required to translate Japanese Driver license’ normal version, it would be the better. 

I loved the service part because it was very fast. But I think that the word count that you consider for one page is very low. I had to pay for 2 pages to translate my one page (and very simple) birth certificate. Also, besides asking me to send the data typed because my original document was handwritten, I had to ask for a correction twice of very simple things that were clearly due to a lack of attention to detail. 

The script was not adapted to French Canadian for the context of our lunch healthy eating case study but France French. (Déjeuner-dîner-lunch). My VO talent in Quebec had to spend an hour tweaking the wording right for the French Canadian market which cost me and extra $100 so we're over budget for Translation & VO. Otherwise great service and turnaround.

There’s were few mistranslations and not translated words

Excellent translation, But, I had requested and paid for the hard copy being mailed with signature required since we live very rural and had trouble with missing mail. The envelope was sent priority mail as requested, but no signature required. Would like that extra money refunded.

Many things were incorrectly translated and when I requested revisions be made, they were not. One example: The original copy abbreviates "Special Topic" as "Spc Top"... it was translated as "SPC Haut" ... When I explained that to the translator nothing was fixed. I am frankly embarrassed to submit this translation with my grad school application but I have no other choice because I spent my money on this service. My advice: invest your money in a professional translator and do not use Rush Translate.

The translation was asked from Ukrainian to English. It seems like translation was done through an intermediate Russian translation, thus all names except the ones that were specificlly requested were translated wrong. E.g. Kiev, Petrovna should be Kyiv, Petrivna. Also the English language used was of pretty average quality with a lot  of "of A of B of C". E.g. they used "the state Center of development of family" while much more correct is to use something like "the state Center of family development".

Although the service is really convenient and easy to use when you need a translation ASAP, there were several errors and typos in the translation.  Even more, the first document that was sent for my review was a completely different document than the one I submitted for translation. I had to "Request a revision" and let them know that they send a document from a different customer. Once I received the translation of my document, there were several typos and translation mistakes. Additionally, some of the information of the original document was copied incorrectly (names, last names, websites). That forced me to look really closely at the translation to make sure that all the content was there and was translated accurately. Definitely a very convenient service but the quality of the translation has significant room for improvement

Everyone I interacted with was very nice, courteous, and eager to give good service. However the translations themselves were quite poor. Luckily I can read the language that we were translating into, and when I reviewed the documents I found multiple errors, and in many cases inconsistencies with translations. I used RushTranslate for the entire green card visa process (so A LOT of translations) and I had to review many of the documents more than once (one time, there were 3 rounds of changes due to really sloppy inconsistencies). The turnaround was extremely fast, as well as the delivery of the documents. I was lucky to be able to spot errors but if you are translating your documents into a language you can't read well, I recommend asking someone to review before finalizing the order.

Very low quality of translation.

Simple mistakes were made that are not supposed to by an official translation company like confusing "Country with county". I basically had to translate my own document and pay for it. Also the layout of the translation was horrible- nothing was centered on the page, a sentence would start at the end of on one row to end up on the other end of the page. I asked them to center the information to make it look like an actual document, but they just changed it from the left side of the page to the right... I am Very disappointed!

Maybe I should've provided better instructions, but the translator changed words and ignored proper nouns which changed product names. i.e. OREO O's was changed to Oreo - the first is a cereal the second is a cookie. Great Grains Banana Nut Crunch cereal was changed to Great Greens Crunchy Nuts "Banana Net Crunch". The translation is worthless.

Very fast and easy to use service, very formal formatting. However, technical translations, such as the names of the vaccines (virus name), were not translated. Obviously, this is the primary objective of a service like this one, technical terminology. Overall satisfaction: 5/10 

While I was satisfied with the speed of your service, I did not appreciate all the typos and grammar mistakes that I had to be correcting afterward. I honestly expected more from a human translation service. 

Sloppy translation of vaxination records, overall service was fine.  Note that I send one reviewed file with several comments back, most of them were fixed in a timely manner. Unfortunatly I didn't have time for multiple review rounds to get it all properly fixed so I had to go with a "It will do..." Thumbs up for translating all the different stamps with their dates into the US format, there were quite a lot. Issues: - Some words/phrases forgotten, though these were fixed after the review - Translation errors. Most of them I found and these were corrected. Unfortunately I missed one critical error in the review and took the final translation to a physician who was quite confused. - Smaller issue: Words/Phrases were repeated while just once in the original. Yes it made it easier to read and is great in a standard translation but thats not "Word For Word" anymore.  - Also, rather a question... isn't there normally a copy of the original in some way attached to a certified translation? Like pictures within the PDF or a print-out attached to what is send via USPS. This was added so far for every other certified translation I had to make. That was the first time I see it without.

Hello, this time around, there were so many mistakes. Instead of typing Mabiala Nkiari, you typed "Mabiala Riari"

My order was completed and translated well. However, inspite of paying separately for  USPS Priority Mail, they are yet to ship my order since last 3 days.I have also reached out to customer service & did not get any response.

We have used your certified translations in the past and we have been happy with your services, I always have my wife check it over for quality, but this time we won't be using this translation for any of our needs as it has not met the standards we have expected from this service. It seems unprofessionally translated, not conveying the original message of the document. My wife says it even looks like it was just inputted into Google translate and doesn't have proper wording. Completely disregarding the original document's meaning. Whether this is the quality you get when you don't get the certified translation or the translator is new, we will not be getting this same service again and will not be asking for more revisions as this is completely unacceptable quality. I am unsure if we will use this service again as we may be able to get better translation for a lower price.

Website is easy to use and communication is great. I got responses to my inquires almost immediately. I've used this service before and I was pleased; this time, however, my documents needed a lot of editing when I review them the first time, and even though the translator did include the changes I suggested, it took me a lot of time to revise them. One of the translations had an ambiguos sentence and a missing number in on of my IDs. That's why I rate the quality of the translation with 3 starts.

The service is nice and promt. But the translation... Translation (Ph.D. diploma, from Russian to English) was of poor quality. Who would translate the dissertation commetitte as "Council for the Presentation of Dissertations"?! And other mistakes that it looks like they used Google translate. Had to use the service because I needed a certificated translation. I would recommend it only if you don't have any other options or you're in a rush. Double-check the translation before proceeding further! Or use another service.

The website was super easy to use, and the process was straightforward. Regarding the actual translation, it took like 3 tries to get it right, which delayed the order past the deadline for the same day. The worst part was the text was already in English, so all they had to do was copy and past it. At this point, I should have just done the translation myself defiantly wasn't worth $132.24. Not professional at all. Just think if I didn't catch the mistake and this delayed a marriage visa for months. That would have been devastating. 

Process was simple and easy as far the the translation went it was not very good at all. The format was fairly simple an American birth certificate. They messed up the two most crucial things, my mothers maiden name and the child's name. I'm lucky I caught the mistakes before I needed to use translated document. Will not be using this service again.

Terrible translation, the guy who is translating made numerous mistakes and can barely translate. I had to put 3 revision requests so far, because every time I review the document I find a new mistake. 

Took longer than 24 hours to get documents. 

I have used RT a few times for certified translations. They deliver a first translation within the promised time, but YOU MUST ALLOW YOURSELF TIME FOR MULTIPLE REVISIONS and YOU  MUST BE ABLE TO READ BOTH LANGUAGES so you can check the accuracy of the translation yourself! The first document they send you is nothing more than google translate, and is full of errors. CRITICAL errors. I have had this happen more than once, and even got one document back in which the name of a person had been changed! Contact them with the list of errors, and ask for a supervisor to check the final document, and you will end up with a good translation. Oh, and make sure to do a word count, because they don't actually charge by the page, but by the word, and you will lose time if you have not paid correctly. If I had known all this, I would have been less stressed with the service. Now that I know "the system" I will use RT again if needed, because I was ultimately pleased with the final translations.

The first time I used Rush Translate they were great. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the second job. There were several careless mistakes in the translation. And I got the impression that maybe the translator is not a native-level speaker in either of the languages because of a couple vocabulary/grammar mistakes. They are small mistakes and the document can still be understood, but it is frustrating to have spent $75 on a translation only to have to spend my own time going through it and pointing out all the errors for them to fix. Not to mention the delay caused by the revisions—I needed it quickly but it has ended up being definitely way over 24 hours...I’m still waiting for the revisions to be finished, actually.  I could have done the translation part of it better myself but it is for USCIS and had to be certified. Disappointed overall. Customer support has been very responsive, though, so that was good.

This specific translation read as if the person used Google Translate and then fixed up the odd grammar in select places. It did not read like a human translation that would show a better understanding the context of the translation being asked.

The website and speed of service were excellent. Unfortunately, the translation was rather poor. The general English was fine but the idiosyncrasies of my fiancée's meanings were lost on almost all occasions. She went through the translation herself and couldn't believe how incorrect some of the diction and phrases were.

Very straight-forward site, easy, and fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with the quality of the translation itself. There were errors on addresses and an entire line was missing from a multiple page document. I don't speak the language that the document was translated into so I really don't know if more was missing. For example: an American zip-code which didn't need any translation had dashes breaking up the numbers. It was a little bizarre. 

I have been using service quite a bit.  This was the first time I had issues and had to return the doc back many times and felt the work was sloppy. Changes were done quick but would have appreciated diligent review by the translator and not me pointing out quality issues.

The translation is pretty bad. Not worth $40 when it's basically what I could have gotten from google translate, which is free

Asked for translation of a Colombian legal document. It took a while to get it back properly translated as I had to ask for 2 revisions. I was quite surprised to notice that plural words, people names and legal terms often were mistranslated and I had the impression that it did happen out of oversight/carelessness. On the other hand, the responses to my requests were always swift. Also asked for the document to be shipped. Hopefully I will get it within reasonable time.

I needed a translation for a birth certificate from English to French. The document is short and straightforward with names, last names and places of birth. The translator made several mistakes and I had to send three requests for revision. I was lucky that I knew French well enough to catch these mistakes. I would not recommend this company for your translation needs, especially if your target language is French. On the bright side, they responded quickly and listened well to my suggestions.

Service great, translation had numerous errors. 

Names in the letter were spelled incorrectly despite my providing you with the correct spelling of the names (which were critically important for our use of this document).

I am myself bilingual but needed the translation to be certified, that is the reason why I used this service. I am not happy about the quality of the translation provided, I feel that the translator maybe lacked knowledge of business EN/SP which was the content of the document. 

Is this a human translation? At time sit is extremely clunky and awkward. It seems at times to be very similar to what one gets if one plugs the French into Deepl or some such program. 

My only complaint was with the expedited service that estimated a 12 hour turnaround. I received mine back about 17-19 hours after my order submission. I did email customer support around the 12 hour mark and I thankfully got a prompt response with an update/reason for the delay. Regardless, I did pay for the expedited service and received it a little late. It also would have been nice if they had reached out to me first to ease my worries. Other than that, the translation was good and the paperwork was sufficient.  

There was errors in 4 pages out of 8 pages that I ordered.

Easy to use website howe very poor communication. 

Easy to use website but the translation was not consistent with other professional translation services. Translating "Olga" from Ukrainian to English they wrote "Olha" but my mothers official translation for her passport was "Olga". Could have become an issue with USCIS and thats the last thing you want. 

Loved the fast turnaround. Usually, proper nouns are not translated as in my Italian to English translation "Instituto Nazionale della Providenza Sociale", should not have been translated to "Italian Social Security". Otherwise, good translation and fast return.

Hello,  Your response was fast, but I noticed in the application to translate from Russian to English. I have incompatibility in my documents because all my documents have been translated from Russian to English.
