Quick and fast

I am somewhay satisfied with the translation. I needed these translations for an immigration case. This is very important to me and I wanted the work to be done right. Immigration returned for lack of information. I need the TRANSLATOR'S CERTIFICATION. I have spent quite a little bit of money with immigration in addition to fees paid for the translations and I do not want to get my case denied for imcomplete translations. Please, send me the missing Translator's Certification ASAP. Thank you!

However, you made several mistakes, few on critical contents, for example: the name of the company, and the price of the share, which is worrisome and disappointing. Buen servicio, contestan en un tiempo razonable. No fue que obtuve mis documentos en 24hrs, ya que son ciertos pasos antes de que estén listos, pero fue un proceso sencillo. Y la presentación de los documentos y la certificación se ven profesional. Es importante siempre hacer revisión de los documentos para asegurarse que todo está bien escrito. El método de pago fácil ya que tienen opción de pagar con PayPal y así uno está más tranquilo que es algo seguro.

There was a little bit of difficulty transmitting wish list of changes prior to approval, I asked several times to leave the spaces where names and addresses are written as blank spaces, but it wouldn’t happen so at the end I just approved it with names in it

Fast and high quality work. I had to ask for one revision, which they promptly responded to. Overall, I was impressed with their quality of work and response time.

The person in charge of my translation, perhaps he was new or perhaps he was busy, but not only did he not understand the naturalization of my document (course grades from my university degree) but also that I needed to review the document 3 times because it always came back with an incorrect or incomplete translation. In the end I finally got the document but I needed to spend a lot of time researching and correcting the words that the translator should use (because I needed this document to present to my university in the USA) when this should be his job and not mine.

The service is quick, easy to submit an order, and affordable. Unfortunately I have found many typos in many of my orders, and since I do, in fact, need these documents quickly, I don't have time to request revisions. "Rush" translate seems to mean they don't proofread.

I received my translation within the time estimate and it was mostly correct, apart from some slight errors due to cultural nuances. Those mistakes were promptly corrected after I requested a revision. I am very happy with the service, quality and price.

The translation was good however the price I had to pay, $24.99 for one page was a bit too much for me. I think you should charge much less for one page.

Service is good and the timing is accurate enough. The only issue I had is that even if you pay for Expedit Service the documents are finalized only a few hours during the week so you might get your translation on Saturday Morning and you have to wait Monday mid/late morning to received the finalized documents to use. Other website give the documents already finalized even before the "Confirmation" that is requested to the user.

Speedy process. They have a draft within 24 hrs. They give you opportunities to review and ask for revisions. There were a couple of minor issues in transcription which they corrected quickly. Very responsive.

The translation was good and I didn't have problems with it. However, I was charged more because of the number of characters on the page. I wish that was more clearly stated somewhere, or the service somehow tracks that at the beginning before committing to the purchase

Translation from Spanish to English was super fast, less than 24 hours! Except for some typos that required revision, translation quality was great and according to USCIS standard which we needed. Thanks!

The first translation document is good but one page form turn out 7 pages translations is unacceptable. The revision is good, but was delayed more than 48 hours

Excellent service and processing time. The service provided was expedited very fast and delivered within four days! However, the only issue is, is this service has no "human" interface available. There is only an automated phone computer interface available to resolve any issues. For this type of service, there should be a "human" available to communicate any issues that may arise through the translation. Then, the customer "must" then provide any official adjustments via the website portal.

I requested Rush translate services in the pass and the produced a great quality service. But this is just average!

I appreciate the punctuality. However, more professional Pashto translators are required, and grammatical translations must be applied instead of word-by-word.

RushTranslate did not include my original copy as part of the packet that was sent to me. I understand that they are not certifying whether the original copy is authentic, however, they should at least include the copy of document as page 1 of the packet, or something like that. How would anyone know what was the original document that they were translating? Website was a little not user friendly. My address has to be physically entered by the customer service for the Fedex charge to appear on my bill.
