Overall a fast satisfactory service, Thanks. The website easy enough. The quality of translation looks OK but as I do not speak Greek I 'll have to trust your service. Incidentally 2 days after I recieved my translation I recieved possible phishing emails using Rushtranslation and a different order number? I would use your service in the future if required.

I had some questions when I was submitting my documents and sent an email for help. The response was quick and gave me exactly what I needed. The turn around time was great - not that I needed it super fast but if I did, it couldn't have been much faster. Granted it was a birth certificate, so not a whole lot of copy. There were a few revisions, but super minor and just me being nit picky, like leaving in the accent marks on names and changing some numbers. Thank you for getting the job done well and quickly and for the certification for USCIS.

I was completely satisfied by the quality of the service and I could always have my questions answered pretty quickly. However, the quality of translation could definitely be improved as I needed to request several revisions. Overall, it was satisfying, but some translations were completely wrong, some parts were not even translated and there were many typographic mistakes. So, I had to read carefully the translated documents to make sure everything was correct until I was satisfied. Fortunately, it is easy and convenient to get a translation revised, plus the process happens to be really quick.
