Great translation done in impeccable time! Was my first time using this service and I don’t regret choosing rush translate.

It was supper fast, I am so satisfied with the translation as well, just on point.

Service is good and the timing is accurate enough. The only issue I had is that even if you pay for Expedit Service the documents are finalized only a few hours during the week so you might get your translation on Saturday Morning and you have to wait Monday mid/late morning to received the finalized documents to use. Other website give the documents already finalized even before the "Confirmation" that is requested to the user.

Speedy process. They have a draft within 24 hrs. They give you opportunities to review and ask for revisions. There were a couple of minor issues in transcription which they corrected quickly. Very responsive.

The translation was good and I didn't have problems with it. However, I was charged more because of the number of characters on the page. I wish that was more clearly stated somewhere, or the service somehow tracks that at the beginning before committing to the purchase

Translation from Spanish to English was super fast, less than 24 hours! Except for some typos that required revision, translation quality was great and according to USCIS standard which we needed. Thanks!

The first translation document is good but one page form turn out 7 pages translations is unacceptable. The revision is good, but was delayed more than 48 hours

Excellent service and processing time. The service provided was expedited very fast and delivered within four days! However, the only issue is, is this service has no "human" interface available. There is only an automated phone computer interface available to resolve any issues. For this type of service, there should be a "human" available to communicate any issues that may arise through the translation. Then, the customer "must" then provide any official adjustments via the website portal.

Rush translate provided an excellent translation on a timely fashion.

I requested Rush translate services in the pass and the produced a great quality service. But this is just average!

I appreciate the punctuality. However, more professional Pashto translators are required, and grammatical translations must be applied instead of word-by-word.

RushTranslate did not include my original copy as part of the packet that was sent to me. I understand that they are not certifying whether the original copy is authentic, however, they should at least include the copy of document as page 1 of the packet, or something like that. How would anyone know what was the original document that they were translating? Website was a little not user friendly. My address has to be physically entered by the customer service for the Fedex charge to appear on my bill.

two things, the only thing I taught it would have the accented letters as in the original. and I would be mailed a copy with the physical notarized final. but if this works Im ok with it. all else was fast and efficient. Thank you

I submitted the correct spelling of names with my document. When I received the document, the names were not spelled correctly, and I had to request a revision. When the revision came back, it was again incorrect. Only after a second revision I got the correct version of the document. Otherwise, the service was prompt and I am satisfied with the results.

That's great service that can resolve very quickly our need to have a translation with notarization, just by a few clicks. Although the service was overall good, I was charged for 8 pages instead of 6 (final file, including the certification page). The representative calculated the word count to be 1978 words, which resulted in a 6-page translation from a 5-page original file.

Since I don't speak French, I cannot say anything at this point about the accuracy of the translation. However, the document was formatted in a specific way for easy readability and some of the formatting was messed up. I've had to spend quite a bit of time screening those changes out. Having said that, I will likely use the service again.

The work was well done and with a very reasonable delay. I think it could help to add a digital signature so the pdf files look even more official.
