Translation was not good. The English grammar was pretty bad, and there were numerous typos. Seems like it was just pasted into google translate. Edit: After posting this review, a representative reached out to me almost immediately. They revised all of my translations to make them much better and acknowledged that errors had been made on the original. They also gave me a discount on another translation I needed to make. It's too bad the initial translation was not better quality, but I do appreciate the excellent customer service and quick work to fix the mistake. Given this, I would use this service again.

Overall the service i received from Rush Translate is by far the best in term of quality and rapidity. i submitted 4 birth certificates, 24 hour later everything back ready to be use. Thank you Rush Translate for all you do.

Be mindful of the 250-word limit per page and the quality of the translation. If you're not fluent in English (or the target language), have someone proficient review the translation to ensure it makes sense. The translation I received seemed directly pulled from Google Translate, with even a few untranslated words. Due to time constraints and not wanting to go back and forth trying to get a refund, I ended up paying $50 to have my 1-page birth certificate translated. They contacted me, stating I needed to pay for 2 pages because my document contained 363 words. This exceeded what I expected to pay and is more expensive than other translation companies. I’ve used them in the past, but noticed a significant drop in quality this time. Unfortunately, I will not be using or recommending them to my clients in the future (I work in immigration with USCIS/EOIR).
