This has been such a simple process and the quality has been superb. I requested medical translations from Spanish to English, and everything was done fast (48 hour turnaround) and well. 

I used Rushtranslate after using another provider who delivered poorly. I needed an Arabic report converted to English for official business. I must say that RushTranslate presented the information in exactly the same manner. The original report was in an Arabic tabular format and RushTranslate presented the information in the same tabular format which made it easy to compare the various fields.  This was different from my previous translator who only presented the information in written text format which made it difficult to compare to the original. I was also very impressed with the turnaround time which was within 24 hours as promised including Notarizing of the translated document. The service was excellent and replies and responses to editing immediate. I can only assume the translation is good quality since I do not speak Spanish.

I wish I could rate them 10 stars. I got shocks after shocks during the business. The turn around time was unexpectedly quick (5 hrs) and this was the first shock. I do not have words to express about the quality of the work. They had an option of including comments with the translation request so I could be certain that the names in the document could be translated with the correct spelling beforehand. Thanks for the translation services. The outcome was satisfactory but I believe there was issue with quality. The content was not too much but then then I found that there were lots of discrepancies in the translated document. Translation was not done properly. No due diligence was taken. Style/ Formats/ Words/ Numbers- there are issues with almost everything. Had you have done proper due diligence, we could have avoided these many iterations of revisions. But overall, I would say thank you that you have accepted almost all of my suggestions and incorporated them in revisions. There was one point where I thought if i had invested my money at the correct place. But when I see the outcome now, I am happy to see that translation is perfect. Thanks for all your help.

The service and quality are excellent, but not perfect.  To make it better, please make it easier for your customers to know when you disagree with the word count.  Rather than hiding the message inside of a communications saying your order has been accepted and after your having charged the initial amount of the credit card, make it clear that the order is not being processed and will not be processed until the correct fee is paid.  It might well be considered unethical to charges someone for a partial service and do nothing until more is paid.

The turn-around time is as promised. The interface is intuitive and is very straightforward to use. I like it. The translation quality is good, but the translator was a bit careless at first and added something that I had no idea where it was translated from. After a request of revision, it was rather quickly corrected. I think the translator can also do better in typesetting the translated document to make it look nicer, especially when the document is a certificate of graduation. A higher typesetting quality can also make your translation look more professional and more trustworthy.

It was completed very quickly, but the quality is not very different from Google Translate. I am not certified as a translator, but I could've done a lot better job than what I paid for.
