Thank you, the translation was as accurate as expected, the turnaround time is reasonable, and the customer support people are responsive and helpful. I got the correction I needed to the commercial quote as I had a mistake in the page counts because I uploaded the source and the reference files at the time of quoting and I got the refund quickly after completing the order and contacting the customer support regarding the correct number of pages and characters' count.

Was so hesitant about this as we all should be when it comes to online services such as this. But they are 100% legit and didn’t have to explain much the only minor human error that was made was fixed an hour later and sent me back the revision, they are good and accurate.
