The quality of this translation was so poor it was inadmissible to the Spanish government and had to be taken to another translation service to be redone. Waste of $50.

Sorry to hear you aren't happy with the quality of the translation we provided. The translator who worked on this has been with us for over two years and has a very high quality rating and low revision rate so this is definitely surprising to hear, but with human translations mistakes are possible. We do offer revisions free of charge and if the quality is as poor as you say we would have it re-translated from scratch by another translator. You never contacted us to let us know there was an issue though so we never had a chance to make it right!
Spanish to English
Both service and quality were pretty good. The company also took into account my comments to the initial translation and proceeded with great professionalism. The final product delivered in timely fashion, fully documented.
