I enjoyed working with Rush Translate. They had an option of including comments with the translation request so I could be certain that the names in the document could be translated with the correct spelling beforehand. Names can oftentimes have different spellings. I had to request a couple of revisions but overall the translation quality was very good and correct. Thank You.

RushTranslate saved us.  We need some documents quickly and accurately and they were soooooo professional with us.  I would use them every time, great work Rush Translate.  You did what you said you would do in the best quality and price.  

Quality of translation could be better. 

The service and quality are excellent, but not perfect.  To make it better, please make it easier for your customers to know when you disagree with the word count.  Rather than hiding the message inside of a communications saying your order has been accepted and after your having charged the initial amount of the credit card, make it clear that the order is not being processed and will not be processed until the correct fee is paid.  It might well be considered unethical to charges someone for a partial service and do nothing until more is paid.  

Thanks for the translation services. The outcome was satisfactory but I believe there was issue with quality. The content was not too much but then then I found that there were lots of discrepancies in the translated document. Translation was not done properly. No due diligence was taken. Style/ Formats/ Words/ Numbers- there are issues with almost everything. Had you have done proper due diligence, we could have avoided these many iterations of revisions. But overall, I would say thank you that you have accepted almost all of my suggestions and incorporated them in revisions. There was one point where I thought if i had invested my money at the correct place. But when I see the outcome now, I am happy to see that translation is perfect. Thanks for all your help.

The turn-around time is as promised. The interface is intuitive and is very straightforward to use. I like it. The translation quality is good, but the translator was a bit careless at first and added something that I had no idea where it was translated from. After a request of revision, it was rather quickly corrected. I think the translator can also do better in typesetting the translated document to make it look nicer, especially when the document is a certificate of graduation. A higher typesetting quality can also make your translation look more professional and more trustworthy.

I am very satisfied with both the quality and the service. The team worked diligently to incorporate all my feedback. I am really impressed with the level of professionalism.

It was completed very quickly, but the quality is not very different from Google Translate. I am not certified as a translator, but I could've done a lot better job than what I paid for.

The service is excellent but they should improve the quality of the translation. In some documents there were not only typos but also some poorly translated sentences. Though, they corrected them very fast following my revision request. The final result was perfect.
