I give 3 stars for the timing (was quick), but 0 stars for the translation and presentation. I am thoroughly unimpressed and frankly disappointed, and the reason for that is i thought "oh i have my marriage certificate, oh it needs to be translated for the government where my spouse resides" "oh, so i can just translate it using ChatGPT - but oh wait! the MC has a pretty background and colors on the digital that would take me many hours to graphically replicate, so ill hire a service, thinking it was going to retain the graphical elements as well. NO!- it comes out typed as if on Google Docs, so save the time and dont spend 200 usd like i did, DO IT YOURSELF WITH CHATGPT. It comes out the same. I want a refund.

Not sure if this is meant to be a joke review? The translation is not intended to be a reproduction (to "graphically replicate" the "background and colors") of the original document. It would be unethical and perhaps illegal to deliver something like that as it would be passed off as an original when that is not the purpose whatsoever. Rather, a certified translation is intended to be submitted alongside the original and the receiving party should have no difficulty telling what text in the translation corresponds to the original document because the formatting layout is similar. We post examples of what a certified translation looks like on our website and I can assure you this is what receiving parties are expecting - NOT for someone to "graphically replicate" an original document. Further, the translation cost $49.90 and you added optional expedited turnaround service (+$39.90) and international shipping (+$60.95) for a total of $140.75. The translation was completed in under 5 hours and you approved it to be shipped so there is no refund available now that all services have been completed. The good news is that your translation will be accepted by the end user because you DID NOT obtain the translation from CHATGPT.
