After stressing about how I was going to get a document translated that was very important and time sensitive it was completed within 24 hours of placing the order. I as wrote in my other review on the second document you translated to me, the only thing I would add (change) in your workflow is sending an email notification "your translation is ready and is waiting for your approval". I did not know that I needed to proactively go back to the order page to check on the status and do the approval (I was expecting an email on the next step). Other than this, perfect experience. Will definitely keep you in mind for next translation needs, and will recommend to everybody.

I submitted my document for translation and was waiting for some email to alert me on the next step. I did not know to come back to the order on your web site, to check on the status, to find out that my approval is needed to finilize the translation. Well, I finally did come back to the order page, and did see that order was waiting for my approval. It would be great it your emailed me with "your translation is ready and waiting for your approval" notice, would remove any confusion on my end.

I needed an official translation of my driver's license (much easier and faster to obtain than an international license), and I got it easily in a few clicks, and cheaper than going through a professional translator in my area. I hope the local police will accept it. I recommend without hesitation while I was a little worried at first about doing this on the internet.
