Great experience getting translations from RUSH. They made small errors on both of the documents I sent, but corrected it quickly, and I had my certified translated documents within 2-3 days. And this was without paying extra for quicker service.

I needed to translate some documents in ********** and was charged for the service. After the work was completed, the translators realized that since my documents were from ********** and not what I requested, certified documents required official documentation from the same country. They then informed me that they would not provide any refunds, despite the significant financial and emotional distress this caused me. This wouldn't be accepted by ***** at all. They would want me to send it to have it rejected to get the refund. My heart is broken.I feel very disappointed and angry about this experience.

RushTranslate was very responsive and easy to use. The translation was very good as well with only a minor correction due to the original not being as clear as it could have been. I will absolutely use their services again! Easy timely and accurate. Thank you.

Such an amazing service! They responded within minutes of me placing my order and did the translation in about an hour or two. They also explained to me that for the purpose I needed the translation I don't really need some of the add ons I paid for, but they can provide it if I choose to do so. I opt of not adding it and they refunded me the money I overpaid. I am so happy with the translation and service! I will definitely use them again!
