You was very fast.

My translation was far from accurate and I did not get any help even after sending a message to the customer service through the website. The website was easy to use but it was way too expensive for the service offered. Do not recommend 

Not worth the extra charge for the "rushed" expedited service. Quality of translation is sub-par for the amount of money spent. I would not use this translation service again. 

Rush Translate provides excellent customer service and does its best to meet customer's needs. With that said, as with anything else, you get what you pay for. You can have it cheap, fast, or good. Rarely will you get all three at once. This was my experience with Rush Translate. The initial draft I received was HORRIBLE. The translator simply used machine translation (e.g. Google Translate) to "translate" the text and submitted it as if it were his own work.  After a round of revisions by the same translator; someone who is clearly in it to make a quick buck, Rush Translate escalated this situation and submitted it for peer review by another translator. It was only then that I was able to finally receive a proper translation. Luckily, I was able to read the initial translation and avoid receiving such a poorly translated document. I highly advise anyone using Rush Translate to have the quality of the translation provided thoroughly checked before accepting it. (Even if this means paying a third-party to do it.)

Ease of access and speed was a plus, but not a fan of the quality of the translation relative to competitors I have used in the past. I paid $132 to translate two pages from Spanish to English (I would imagine this is a common translation pair) and was surprised when the person's name on both the Marriage and Birth certificates had been spelled incorrectly multiple times on both pages.  For reference, both first and last names are common names. If I hadn't taken the time to review the documents closely, I could have opened a door to a bureaucratic nightmare. Not impressed with this lack of attention to detail and the general look of the translation documents compared to others (aesthetics matter to me more than msot) I have paid a similar price for.... but the responsiveness and speed was good.

Resume. Translated version has several spelling/punctuation errors in the leftover English words (pronouns/names) that are not present in the original file. There were only a handful of these leftover words, so this makes me wonder what errors there are in the translation itself and makes the translation unusable as I don't wish for the translation to look unprofessional with many errors.

Speedy response / job completion. Our French team did have a lot of edits on the translation so not sure how reliable. 

After reviewing documents, I'm finding mistakes in Spanish to English translations that I almost missed because I do not speak Spanish.  Which means I'm not sure If any other mistakes occurred.  

It was clear and precise.

First set of translations was extremely sloppy. Language-wise it was fine, but there were many copy-and-paste errors of items left over from other translations presumably used as template. E.g. a birth certificate was referring to the wrong state and/or county; marriage certificate was missing an entire section. Required two revisions and careful word-by-word proofreading by myself. Not what I expected. 

That was awesome job.

The translation is not good. I had use another translator as translation was obviously not correct. I wasted money on using RushTranslate.

Quality, not the best, I revised 2 times the 2 pages documents because of errors, but they are quickly on the response and the service is good.

Payment was smooth and turn around time was good.  However translation missed a key word and had to reiterate the same thing multiple times to get it right. 

Turnaround time was fantastic, but the typos in the translation were sloppy and could've  been caught with just a single read through. I expected better quality considering how expensive this service is. 

The translation was mostly done literally and lacked meaning translation.

Cant believe they typed the number on the document wrong. A bunch other really bad translation and I had to tell them how to translate correctly. No self review of their work. Unprofessional.

The service is fast and easy, assigning the documents to a translator was fast and translation process took less than 48 hours but, all the documents translated had at least one error per document, I had to carefully read all of them, I don't like the part to act as a quality control, found errors and send it for correction more than one time.

I paid for the 2-day delivery of a hard copy of the certification. It has been 4 days and I have not received it. I had to file my form without it. Very disappointing and I think I am owed a refund of my shipping money.

The first draft of the translation had several problems including missing the key year information ( for e.g. 2003) which was appearing. Entire address information was missed at one of the place. The quality and format was very poor as well. I had to spend significant effort doing multiple iterations of proof reading which you can see in my review comments history. Looking at the user experience of your website ( which is great), I was expecting a better quality deliverable.

The site and translation were fine, but I paid for expedited service. Once I got the first draft (very quickly) I had to wait a very long time for my revisions to be taken into account (two typos) and as a result the service was not expedited at all. In addition, once a comment is submitted, it is impossible to edit it / add / remove and I had to send emails for that to happen.

I was very happy with the service aspect of the company. Everything was speedy; the quote, the correspondence etc. This definitely made this company a lifesaver when I found out I needed several translations A.S.A.P. I do have issue with the quality and format of the translations I recieved. I had to request ten revisions and there were maybe two that I felt were reasonable; the spelling of a name (which had been translated to illegible) and the spelling of my apartment name. The other revisions were, in my opinion, careless and unnecessary. For example, the misspelling of the word  'building'. The translation of the Japanese Postal Service symbol to 'T'. The either mistype or mistranslation of the word 'in' to 'on'.  The misordering of my area, street and apartment numbers. I also have an issue with the format of the translations. The format does not replicate the format of the original Japanese documents which can make it difficult to understand the flow. It's a little inconvenient but it is not the biggest issue I have.  The problem I have is with the excel style boxes which are too small for the text on every document. When the boxes were subsequently 'wrapped', there are a few letters of a word on one line, then underneath another couple, then underneath that a couple more. Examples than come to mind are the word 'Month' which was spread over three lines to fit in its tiny box ('M' 'on' 'th') or 'insurance premium amount' which became 'insuran' 'ce' 'premiu' 'm' 'amount'. It seems unprofessional to have words written in this way. If the format had followed the original Japanese document, the boxes wouldn't have been so small and the words would have fit easily. Again, the company helped me when I needed a certified translation A.S.A.P but the quality was a little disappointing.

Could have achieved better results using google translate, the translator had my name different in every location.   It's a name, not something to be altered in documents.  Let's see if they get accepted or rejected by the DMV.  A little thoroughness would go a long way.  

Fast and very friendly to use service, 5 stars. However, too many misspelled names and errors. Part of text was omitted in translation (2 times sentences merged) that was not mistake from robo-translation but intentional man-made negligence. Considering intentionally wrong translation, service is too expensive, Translate Google is for free.

I have used your service before and had no issues in the past.  However, several errors have been found in the translated document this time around.  So far the errors noted had to do with the names of personnel mentioned in the document. For example: Andrew instead of Andrick and Melanie instead of Melissa. I suggest careful review of documents before submission next time.

Worst translation of Farsi to English, there are lots of missing words and sentences, I could have done a much much better job myself. the English used in this translation is unheard of, word such as "OBLOQUY", "INCITEMENT", "UNDERBID" these are not even common words used in any kind of daily written paper. This translation completely took away the meaning of what the letter meant.  

Had a bad experience with the translator, the person who did this did not pay the slightest attention to what they were doing, messed up the dates, the names and had to be corrected like 4 times before receiving the final product. I was not happy with the price vs quality  of the work

 I was disappointed that both of my documents did not have any notarized  information on them that I requested and paid for them and the Social Security letter did not have the certified stamp on it either. I had to submit three different letters to you to fix these documents in their translations.

The translator left the top of their template at the top of this document. Quick turnaround is appreciated, but this could have caused issues with the court submission. I recommend using a checklist for this sort of thing to make sure template material is not kept in the final translation. Thanks!

Communication is five star. I like the follow up service provision after submission of my quote. However, the quality of translation is unsatisfactory. There were many major errors in simple translation. Edited translated versions took very long. Overall, it was unsatisfactory. 

The translation was done properly and in stipulated time and suggestion were incorporated pretty fast. I have rated the service as low because the customer support is not able to provide bill of sale. After multiple back and forth they only provided transaction receipt and told me that they have nothing else than this. 

The turnaround time was just a bit longer than expected but other than that i was satisfied with the service. I gave the quality rating only because a rating was required. I can't review the quality of the translation as I forwarded it on to my customer for them to use as needed. For me this was a check the box request and I checked the box. I wouldn't be surprised if the same could be said for my customer.

I am a native Spanish Speaker with a legal background but because of my workload needed to have this document translated quickly. Parts of the document are very poorly translated and I am disappointed because I paid for this and I will have to edit it which takes , for the most part, as much time as translating. Not recommended!

The service is good, but the translation quality is disappointing sometimes. 

Thank you for your service. Few things that i found i need to mention is, the translator could have been detail oriented and could have done the job with little more attention and care. At the time of placing order, i provided all the persons' name and names of the places in note. Surprisingly the translator didn't follow that and noticed several spelling mistakes. I requested revision marking the correction in PDF. The translator missed some places and also had some "." in between names. I requested revision again and i noticed a additional blank page at end. Then i requested to exclude that and it was final, finally.

Was not professional, the level of the language translated were closed to Elementary school level. Very dissatisfied. I specifically mentioned it is for legal use.

The translation was not accurate. The very top of the first page had "very" instead of "every" and the last character in the address was listed a "S" instead of "5" which makes it seem like a computer did this translation and if a human did a quality control it was not very effective. I don't speak the original language so I can't very if anything else was inaccurate which makes me very cautious to use your services in the future.

From my reviewer: As you’ll see, I had to start from scratch (it took me more time than ever). I don’t really know who is behind the translation you sent me but what I can say for sure is that their service is very poor… Please, find someone else for next month! My notes: The translator never included where the links were supposed to be, so I had to spend an extra 2 hours re-translating through Google Translate little pieces until I got all of the 27 links in the correct place.

Translating trancripts from french to English requires to understand french education. Some tough words in French look horrible in English. And can reduce opportunities to children. Knowledge of local culture could smooth translation. Up to you to agree or not

Truly, I have no idea of the quality as I cannot read a bit of the original language!  But I hope it is good.  The translator seemed to work rather randomly, and I received some weird translations, but every time I asked for a revision to help it make sense, they revised quickly, and I appreciated that a lot.

It just ok a lot of information was left out.  I send the same documents to another translation site and was provided with a better quality product

The documents never arrived, they have been stuck at the Chicago IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER since the 18th of March.

You say you want to completely satisfied with my order.  I requested a Notarized document hard copy which I was charged $100.00 for then give me a pdf???  This for the Government, they don't play around!

Dear RushTranslate - your company recently completed multiple translations for our firm, all of which were well done and finished in a timely manner.  I have only one complaint, the translation I received today for order ending in 7675, pages 1, 2 and 4 were duplicates.  Since I don't read or speak Croatian I could not have known this when I submitted the document for translation, but I would expect the translator would identify and notify me that there were duplicate pages so that I didn't have to pay for the same page translated 3 times.  Please note this for future projects that we rely on you to inform us of these types of issues.  Thank you, Cindy McClelen 

Russian into English translation was a bit awkward. I requested one review, but then noticed a few other things but there is not space for me to request another revision.

The translation was ok but the paper did not have your logo on it.

The translator wrote on passport translation for passport issued the year 2019 not 2016. They then changed it to 2016 but this was not changed on the final product. Luckily I had already downloaded the correct one. 

While the turnaround is extremely fast, the quality was not that great. We had to submit multiple revisions for very basic spelling\grammatical errors. When you take in the fact that the document being translated to English was already bi-lingual (Kannada\English), those errors are hard to ignore. That being said, after we corrected the document twice, we did end up with what needed.

You need to hire professional translators and careful.  I sent you 2 files, sent back to me only one is done. When the second file finished, sent to me to review, there is spelling mistake.  No change send back to me.  I have to circle the mistake & restructured the sentence for you to fix the mistake.  This can tell your staff is a very careless person and lack of professionalism.

For the first time I was not happy with the translation. Words were omitted and many sentences did not make any sense. I had to make so many corrections that it ended up not being useful. In general I’m happy with your services.

Overall, I was satisfied with the translation. There were some minor errors which I fixed myself, however, but nothing of great concern. I was glad I used the service since it saved me the time of translating the document myself. I will use the service again. 

TAT is excellent so as quality. However, considering the reason for translation the cost should be minimum.

It seems the translated documents are not proof read before send them back to customers. In my case I am the one who did that and it required additional time to commit.
