The turn around time was great - not that I needed it super fast but if I did, it couldn't have been much faster. Granted it was a birth certificate, so not a whole lot of copy. There were a few revisions, but super minor and just me being nit picky, like leaving in the accent marks on names and changing some numbers. Thank you for getting the job done well and quickly and for the certification for USCIS.

Very satisifed with the translation. I think a couple puns got lost in translation, such as the 'who're' joke, but from my N5 reading ability, this looks fine. I hope to get a similar translator in the future.

I was completely satisfied by the quality of the service and I could always have my questions answered pretty quickly. However, the quality of translation could definitely be improved as I needed to request several revisions. Overall, it was satisfying, but some translations were completely wrong, some parts were not even translated and there were many typographic mistakes. So, I had to read carefully the translated documents to make sure everything was correct until I was satisfied. Fortunately, it is easy and convenient to get a translation revised, plus the process happens to be really quick.

Even though they had a few mistakes at the first revision of my document, their reply was pretty quick! Great costumer service just make sure to double-check your translated documents before downloading your final files. Thank you, Rush Translate team for your patience.

I translated my academic transcript from an exchange program. At first, I was worried about the quality of the translation but it turned out just fine. Since it was 1 page, the turnaround was 24hrs. Great customer service, I was able to add another file even though the first files been done and about to ship. I really appreciate the great service. The translation itself is pretty accurate, I'm glad they sent me the translated file for me to review before finalize it. One of my my file was missing some words/numbers, but it got fixed after I pointed it out. I think whoever did mine just need to make sure all the words and numbers are exactly the same as the original file. Other than that, all good. Overall, I'm a happy customer!!! Thank you!

Unfortunately, I have to leave negative review. The translation was inaccurate. If there were any troubles about names , I just should be notified before making decision. And the stamp area should have been mentioned that was a stamp and then to show the doctor’s full name. Also within text I Saw a lot of inaccurate translation.

The speed was pleasantly good. Quality of translation was average, a date was wrongly translated. I believe the translation should be thoroughly tested before handing it back to the customer. Overall, satisfied with the service.
